You can buy any of these strollers gently used online like eBay Facebook etc. Tons of moms selling them for your budget and most have washable components. I love that magic beans only reviews strollers that he would personally use for his family not cheap junk just to get a quick sale. You can always Google budget strollers I’m sure someone has a review of them. I’d rather have a used Nuna any day than a cheap stroller full of harmful chemicals or flame retardant chemicals which many have.
Are there any smaller strollers that have a parent facing seat that lays flat? Not needed for plane journey but to keep a close eye on a child that is 9m old (so not fitting into newborn bassinets and not suitable for sitting in a car seat)
