How much will real estate prices rise from this and when do you see this happening? Feels like some of us have missed the affordability boat when it comes to buying in Manta. What do you think Ryan?
Good Afternoon, we have been preaching that Real Estate values will rise once the airport comes international, and we have already been seeing an increase in values over the past couple years due to supply and demand, but all that being said I still feel that we have good room to continue getting in early sorta speak. This new international route is a big step in the right direction, but the push forward is not going to slow down, the city is still going to push for other airlines to make direct flights to Manta, through South Florida for example. As these new routes continue to come online over the next few years, we should continue to see good increases in values. Hope this helps but plse feel free to ask any other questions you may have. You can visit Playa Santa Marianita or Santa Marianita Beach, You can do Kitesurfing and cocktails, Nature just to name a few

@@mariaarencibia2639 Manta is very safe! We have been living here full time for several years and never had an issue. The one instance you are referring to was in a small town almost 2hrs South of Manta, and even that has a lot of speculation around the circumstances.
