Yes, when you mess with the outfit, the face options are at the top like they are for the operator. Mine uses different face options and hair from the operator for thematic reasons mostly, namely her face has "lost the baby fat" and matured and her hair is shorter and loose as opposed to the tail my operator had it in
right now it's just cosmetic. However, with the duviri paradox being foreshadowed as the next major installment, I think there will be more gameplay differences involved later down the line

Tbh this is kind of misleading...it should say "How to use Drifter skin", not how to play as drifter....because we arent actually allowed to play as drifter after the quest. Drifter had their own unique abilities and could use Primary, secondary, and Melee. NONE of the drifter gameplay is available after quest.....apparently we just imagined all that. Talk about clickbait..... DE: "Oh, did you enjoy that new Drifter gameplay in quest? SIKE fooled you again, just like with the Jackal rework."

Yes. Just pick female voice and feminine features and that's about it since there's no actual gender option.
