This performance is from his Dimash Digital Show, as are all the latest videos from his channel, the online concert in January 2021 where Dears from over 100 countries joined together to watch this unbelievable show. It was presented as a live concert despite there being no audience due to covid. It was epic and between songs photos of Dears made up as an audience at the back of the stage and the sounds of Dears applause made it as though we were there. Polyphonic sound, subharmonics, overtones, in voice harmony, you name it. Also an expert yodeler with an unusually thick falsetto. Her voice changed when she was only about 13 and the change was so drastic that she used falsetto as a faux head voice when not using yodel technique to access head voice. Her newest performance dropped last weekend but you should start from the beginning, watching Rechenka, Wicked Game, and Blizzard. She also has a great cover of Take On Me.
Dimash is a very versatile multi talented young artist who can sing different genres. Call it opera, pop, rock, classical, folk, hip hop with 7 octave range, You need to listen more of his music both older and newer to find the progression of his vocals and talent. React to Sinful Passion either from the Slavic in 2018 as a guest or from his Russian concert in 2020. They are both excellent. Then react to Olympico from his earlier concert in 2019 and then the Stranger in his recent guest appearance in the New Wave 2021. You will be amazed if his vocals . He has a very “western” video version that goes with this. He often uses this song to open a concert, concentration more on the awesome effort his band put into the music. Not my favourite either but one of the first more mainstream western style performances he did to prove he can do it I guess.

Other than that, my favorite genre at the moment would be: power metal. Bands like 'Battle beast', 'Beast in black',- why are there so many beasts?
