Hoje tem uma adaptadores que já vem com lixa, perde tempo com isso quem quer.
Im a bit concerned of the way it's attached. Its essentially attached to the grinder by the small screw that clamps the guard to the body. I'd suggest making a bracket to bolt it to the handle location on the side of the grinder
Oh that's so much work when for like 40 bucks,, cheaper on sale you can buy a dedicated one at harbor freight. But kudos to your ingenuity and hard work. It's inventors like you that make new innovations come true,,thanks.

Браво!!! Практически ИЗГОТОВЛЕНО ДВЕ ОРИГИНАЛЬНЫЕ ДЕТАЛИ к болгарке . Корпус направляющая и натяг ленты совмещает две функции, кожух круга использован как несущий элемент.и всё без сварочных работ. Почему исчезла обточка ролика, какая тайна скрыта ???

You could just use a flap disc? Fun project though and great video.
Very clever however, you can actually buy the propper attachments for your grinder for £17 on amazon right now, would save you having to sacrifice your angle grinder and save you a good few quid! Nice work though all the same !

Весьма хлипкая конструкция. Зажим хомута рассчитан на массу кожуха. А на него повесили два профиля, да ещё нагрузка, в виде прижима ленты к поверхности. Плюс - не зафиксировать в одном положении ленту, как наждак.
В общем такое себе приспособление. Для детей. Да ещё и кожух УШМ портить
Всё замечательно.Но!Где какие размеры? Какие профиля?Какие подшипники? Размер наждачки?А вещь весьма нужная,кругом на болгарке не везде подлезешь.
На профильную трубу,рядом с креплением подшипников,приварить ручку.Получится электро-напильник.
Конструкция супер!Если порвётся шлифовальная бумага,и спереди будет стоять твоя жена,то она тебе сразу родит вундеркиндера,но пружинка слабая и ничего опасного). 👍

I had been watching everyone’s take on making one of these even though buying the attachment is only around $20 ish and decided to go with this version. Besides what fun is buying something when you can have a one of a kind home made tool right?! Paired with a $9.99 harbor freight angle grinder this was a low budget wonder that really works! Anyway thanks for sharing and planting this idea... Now my neighbors want one lol!

Looks like that thing's running crazy speed, too. See how the belt is flying away from the strut? If that catches on something, it's going to go somewhere, fast.

Why on earth would you do this when you can just put a flap disc on the grinder and it will do the same thing??? And you can buy a belt sander attachment for much less than the fully equipped workshop you need to make this stupid thing

А чем круглая насадка с наждачкой не устраивает? Вообще много видео, где распиливают крышку болгарки. Если все самоделки сделать, надо крышками запасаться. К тому же, такая лента может запросто слететь или порваться и вылететь. У меня круглая шкурка порвалась и вылетела, хорошо, что в стену.
