Hello guys and thank you for your nice speculations :D It is a genuine CLK 55 AMG and it is totally stock too, trust me. I have a dyno sheet, which says 252 kW (there should be 255 kW). So almost every horsepower is pretty much there after 13 years, okay a few is missing... I probably have to post my dyno run too to prove this ;) CLK 430 and CLK 55 AMG have a same M113 V8 base engine. The 55 (5439 cc) engine is just with a bigger bore. That's why they sound pretty much the same as every motoring expert probably know this fact. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercedes-Benz_M113_engine It was quite warm day back then and you have to wait at standstill for your turn to run standing one mail. So engine gets warmer and warmer when you wait for your turn like a couple of minutes. That's not a good thing for the best performance :/ But anyway: I'm quite happy that it did run approx. 250 km/h for a one mile :)
its obviously a clk 55 amg anybody who says different doesn't know what they are talking about and certainley can't own one,and im sure if they were in the car as apposed to watching on a computer screen they would realise how fast the car is ,and im sure it is working properly too, great car sine88
I can tell your story is true, I have a 430 myself and it pulls the same as yours in the video. But that is when my engine is cool, because if im waiting for a few minutes to do a pull its also a lot slower so I'd still lose. Nice video though but you should upload another video when your engine is cool ;-)

5 speed tiptronic. seems his car is a bit tired though..or racing on a track in high elevation which slows a car down pretty good. However, a full electric car like the Tesla is not affected by high elevation.

That is the same acceleration of a clk 430. Very slow for a 55 AMG. 23-24 sec. 0-200. A much heavier Lexus Gs450h, with the same horsepower, does it in 17 seconds... I think your engine works not Ok,

Deniz Öz also ich hab einen clk 430 und ich bin letztens gegen einen Kollegen sein C43 AMG gefahren mit Optimierung auf knapp 330ps von 0-170 waren wir gleich auf danach war die Strecke zu Ende und wir mussten bremsen😂 aber ich muss sagen der läuft auch nicht wie ein Normaler der geht sehr gut vorwärts

sounds nothing like a CLK430. I own one. You can tell the difference
this is a CLK55. This video was probably done high elevation which nerfs performance hard.

Quite slow for 55 AMG. This is more like 430.

@@Dan4096 Not really lol I live in Dubai so high heat, less O2 and crappy fuel yet i did 0-200 in 19.3 sec. Keep in mind my car has 500k millage too.

+frederic chambon True, this car does 6.3 to 60mph. Definitely the 430 not the 55 (doesn't even sound like an amg)
This was probably done at high elevation. This nerfs the cars output hard unless you are boosted.
