I made this tonight. It was MUCH better than I had expected. The curry sauce was every bit as tasty as curries I've experienced at good Indian restaurants, and I didn't think that ground beef had the capability to be so good.
This is one rabbit hole I don't mind taking some time visiting.
Many thanks.
I bought 3 lbs (2 x 1.5lb packs) of 80/20 in a value pack so I bumped everything 50% in this recipe. Also, I juiced an entire lemon and zested the entire outside of it and minced it finely and added it to the dish. That and one chopped serrano pepper and the dish was totally amazing.
My entire family loved this!! Thanks for sharing :) Adding to our meal rotation!
I went to your site for the recipe and disvered a veritable treasure trove of great recipes!
I'll be attempting this one within the week, unless I discover that my wife has some cilantro already in the fridge, in which case I'll do it tonight or tomorrow.
Many thanks!
Hi Veena. I made this and added the paprika and two chopped up Serrano peppers instead of the tsp of cayenne. Everything else was per your recipe and I served it over brown rice and my son and I totally love it! It saved a pound of ground beef that was aging in the reefer, please know.
Thank you so much
Reefer. 😂

Love how they said spices but didn't even mention what spices 🤡
i'm assuming the spice was the curry judging how the color changed after they added it
Utilize your common sense you curry
It's curry powder.
Follow the link in the description.
Ermmmmmmm, cilantro isn't parsley.
I think she's giving 2 options to add either one.
What do you mean by spices? There around 500 spices in the world! 😂
