- CAT exam, the route to MBA is considered the most lucrative way to great salaries, great success. But Let us uncover the statistics behinds those tall claims.
For general candidates - IIM A, IIMB , IIMC, XLRI, FMS, SP JAIN, the BlACKI set offers hardly 2500 seats, and with roughly 3.5Lakh exam takers, you have to have 99.3% in CAT 2024 to even start thinking of these MBA colleges.
Of this, only 5 people (max10) will get those mouthwatering salaries that are showcased in youtube channels and newspapers. So, 50 lakhs and above package is offered to only 100 (max 120), avergae of 10 people from Top 10 Bschools..... Isn't that what we are fighting for?
How does the career after CAT exam, the salary after MBA compare to a IIT graduate?

Hi Shouvik Bhaiya, I want you to make a video on salary progression after 5-10 years of MBA. For eg: if I bagged a 20 LPA package after MBA in Finance role (can be backend or frontend), what progression can I expect in the next 10 years? And keep up your genuine and detailed videos 🫡

Sir as a cs engineering student, you are mistaken. The packages of 2-4cr you are talking about are international packages. Domestic is around 40 only , so if you are comparing international vs international then mba > btech . The average packages of top b schools are 1.5 CR and you can guess how high the package can go if you are on top in your batch, plus the promotions are not quicker like management posts.
Fair point about btech.. but again 300k is huge huge salary in the US...

My brother gets 42lpa in jpmc as software guy me working in software gets 29lpa , is mba worth it never bcoz we in IT technology consulting guys we look at non tech and when discussion starts we don’t put non tech guys in any meetings, that’s the situation of mba nowadays.

Hi Dada Please Advise me, I have completed btech from ju after that 1.5 years of MIS experience but I resigned in may end because I was doing mis for a banking client that client have 3 year contract with our firm and in may the contract is over now only they have ekyc project which I don't like so I left should I prepare for cat or look for other mis jobs?

The first job after MBA from a decent college has 15-20LPA salary. You just see how many years will it take the prsent job to get you there.. thats it

Taking Gmat and studying from foreign universities is very expensive no, so for a pupil coming from very avg income family,could you suggest a way to afford that. Also,does the ROI will be higher than India.

Dada! Would you recommend pursuing a part time executive MBA from JBIMS, I recently got qualified they don't help out with placements but I'm confident in cracking a better role myself, can't afford to take any loans. Would you still recommend?
Nah ... I am not a big fan of exec MBA that doesn't provide placement themselves... But if you need a career push... You gotta do something
