I would really like to accomplish this and I am going to start the progressions but I am a beginner. What metric do you use for each progression to know when to go to the next progression?
Question about the rto push up, u show a variation where the palms go slightly towards the body. I have seen some people do it palms outwards all the way, I can do both but I feel like palms outwards all the way is much harder. I don’t know wich is more injury prone and wich is better to use any tips?
It's called "wall bars" and is commonly used in Physiotherapy for stretching and rehab. You can attach bands to any of the bars, which allows you to properly do mobility and flexibility work from any angle.
