@@GuitarPlayersFun True and you are very correct. 020000 - But this is an alternative Em7. xx2030 Root, Third, Seventh, Root. Depends on how you want your chord voicing in a piece or song. How many ways can we play an Em7? 0x000x - xx2433 - x79787 - 12 14 12 12 12 12 - 055450 - 022030just to name a few. It really depends on what we want. Where are we coming from and where are we going? Also, where do we want the 7th; inside the chord, hidden, and tucked away (020000), or higher up in the voicing and sticking out where everyone can hear it, plain as day (02203x)? Thanks for watching and your comment!
@@quailstudios Correct. it depends on voicing. That's why I said if it was about "Easy". Succes with your channel. Lots of songs you have there. I didn't checked your channel before. I was triggered by the Em7 chord. Watched your "scar tissue" video. Good video and good explained. I like your style!
You are correct 020000 is an Em7 chord. However I'm playing xx2030. The notes are E, G, D, and E from low to high. Root, third, 7th, and root. An A7sus4 is x02030. Root (A), 5th (E), 7th (G), 4 (D), 5th (E). Also an Em7 can be 022030 - E B E G D E, The E G B is the E minor chord and the D is the 7.
@@quailstudios true, that's why I not (and advice) always hitting all the strings. But hit groups of strings while paying rhythm and change with low and high groupings for dynamics.
Hi everyone, hope you're having a good day! First day of Summer!
some/most of these jazz cords are difficult but sound good
Jazz? Yes, we find minor 7th chords in Jazz all the time.
It can be easier with even 1 finger, if easy was the issue.
How's that?

Talking about simple. instead of the high D you have a high B. Open string D is involved what makes it a seventh.

020030 is also Em7
@@GuitarPlayersFun True 0 2 0 0 3 0 - Root, 5th, 7th, 3rd, 7th, Root - Not my favorite pick because of 2 - 7ths, but it works none-the-less.
