    Thank you. Watching this in the UK in 2022. Been learning Krav since November last year (you know, in preparation for the coming apocalypse - not joking 😬😞). These demonstration videos are the best I have found, I thank you again. 🙏💜

    *QUESTION:*
    *Often stabbings happen in your own home, as a result of quarrels between husband and wife, or between family members.*
    *Perhaps you think you can run like Usain Bolt, if you are in a corner of your kitchen? A lot of women die this way, and their killers are not ninja warriors, think about it.*

    1st off respect nice techniques, but guys n girls remember this will work depending on if the guy fully commits to the attack or if they r amateurs. A good fighter or self defence trainer attacking u with a knife then u have no chance... Run for your life. But these techniques may save ur life 1day. Better to know something then nothing

      Most people aren't trained professionals though.
      Thugs, robbers, drunks and mentally disturbed people aren't exactly the most skilled fighters.

    • @federicobonifazi268

      una bottiglietta di plastica è poco realistica e non da la giusta dinamica di una reale pugnalata

    The only thing i wonder about these guys is why they never go with small inside wristlock over the back of the hand/thumb, with both hands so you can completely control the knife hand, or sometimes it seems like an armbar would be a better type of hold than the wrist hold disarm, but context is everything and it's good to know multiple ways to do something.

    • @Baseketballify
      @Baseketballify 9 лет назад

      +DJ Randy 0Marsh Especially for someone bigger and stronger, I would advocate 2-on-1, then bring yourself and the attacker's arm close to his body while maintaining the 2-on-1 to minimize his strength advantage, then do the usual attack with ferocity and disarm or bring the attacker to the ground and apply fujiwara armbar and disarm.
      This is good stuff, nonetheless. Definitely not McDojo. I would argue to become well-rounded in MMA and then take Krav Maga, specifically for the weapon defenses and self-defense awareness methods. I wonder if Krav Maga schools outside of Israel will be incorporating anti-terrorism concepts and techniques. If you're police or a potential victim of terrorism, running away may not be an option. You'll have to fight. This is what is being advocated by authorities now with terrorists who have no interest in taking hostages and just want to kill as many people as possible.

    Funziona se l 'aggressore impugna il coltello da principiante,...ma se l 'aggressore è un 'esperto nel coltello,non attaccherà mai facendo angoli ampi, con un passo introduttivo da distanza medio larga,..e se anche lo mettessi in leva,come fai pressione al gomito si ritrae tagliandoti i tendini delle braccia,....date soluzioni troppo facili,...il coltello è un ' altra cosa,...non è una mazza da baseball....

    • @MrD4ri0
      @MrD4ri0 8 лет назад +4

      Scusa, ma visto che stai parlando come un amatore di arti marziali bisogna sempre ricordarsi che le soluzioni sono infinite, io pratico Aikido e mentre guardo questo video vedo delle possibilità di ingresso in alcuni punti... ma non critico ciò che fanno. ci sono migliaia di Varianti in base alla sensibilità tecnica, mentale e fisica di ognuno.

    • @davidecarlini
      @davidecarlini 6 лет назад

      @@MrD4ri0 Condivido quello che hai scritto, la difesa è generica e se si ha la sfortuna di essere aggrediti da un esperto praticante di armi e arti marziali, allora ci sono poche speranze di uscirne illesi ma di solito non è cosi.
