- Hi Loves! I somehow managed to score an Hermes quota bag in NYC and I'm thrilled to share my first in store birkin or kelly purchase with you. This bag offer was so unexpected because this is not my home Hermes store and you don't often hear of people getting quota bag offers outside of their home stores except from the Paris flagship location. I will share the features of the bag, what else we bought from the store, the story of getting my Hermes handbag from the NYC meatpacking store, and the prices.

I hope you are offered this color soon too 🤞🏻💙 It might have been easy in this store but I’ve been to about 10 stores across many different countries this summer and was not able to get any bag offer that was close to anything on my wishlist (quota or non quota). It was an amazing feeling to get the offer finally and have such a good experience shopping in the store 💗
Thank you! well i have a Birkin wishlist in the Zurich store, for now other colors not this one, and they promised that in a year it is granted so I am patiently waiting. This color will go next on my list! With Hermes you must do colors, I know black and gold have the best resale value and are most classic therefore people opt for them, but Hermes does colors so good❤️

What a nice Hermes journey! I think it’s a mix of your purchases in different categories that day and also you being recognized by one of the SA’s. That SA probably mentioned you to the Manager and that’s how they assessed you are a serious buyer and you have a collection and not planning to resell. Congratulations!
Thank you 💗 it could have happened that way but I don’t know what or if anything was said to the manager. I do agree shopping across categories was most likely helpful in this instance but I have also done this before at other stores with a higher total and was not offered any bag. It really depends on the SA and the day I think. Even if someone does the exact same as me in the same store, they might not get an offer 🤷🏼♀️

BTW, Thanks for sharing the price. I don't know anything about Hermes, kinda resistant to jumping to that level from LV and Chanel. 😂😂 I see crazy high resale prices for preloved Hermes bags (some not even great condition). I never knew what actual retail was, I know there are so many variables, --which is why it's always a mystery. 🧐
I would prefer the Kelly over a Birkin because of the strap. It looks more feminine and streamline, contemporary. Very beautiful. Can't wait to see more videos!😊

Incredibly lovely! Like everyone was so nice I was shocked. Sooo much better than Dubai and most of the Europe SAs I shopped with over the summer
