Regardless of what people say about shipping. Joe has been so much happier these past few months he has spent with Dianne, so much so that his sister mentioned it and said she was so thankful that Dianne was now a part of their lives.
Joe is very private about his love life and I think this is shown by how he consciously distances himself from Dianne at points on the show, he seems pretty shy. He is much more at ease in his vlogs and that's a very human trait.
Long winded but what I'm saying is that I hope Joe and Dianne remain close no matter what happens, they both make each other so happy.

no matter what the result was i’m so proud of joe. over these last three months we’ve seen joe improve so much, not only in technique but in confidence and performing in general. he gave everything he had to every performance and captivated us all. i love joe and dianne so much and am so glad they got to experience this together

So much better Spanish line (and that Spanish waiter move - done twice has so much artistry this time round). Lovely twist turns and Joe provides excellent counter-balance to Dianne. You can feel he's leading the dance this time. 9.5

@@gabsvly5852 well, I don't want to be negative so I don't mention what I don't like unless it particularly bugs me, like Stacey not closing her feet in her final Paso performance. Suffice to say Joe had improved by leaps and bounds since he first danced this routine.

I don’t understand how Stacey won... Like, don’t get me wrong, she’s a good dancer but she didn’t deserve it as much as Joe did. In my eyes, Joe is my worthy winner. 10s across the board for their three dances tonight💓

I agree, either Joe or Stacey deserved to win as they were novices at the start but imo Joe had the better dances in the final and deserved the glitterball. The show dance was unreal, the Charleston was one of the best of the series and their Paso was miles better than Stacey’s

Good shaping, fantastic attack, most of the spanish lines were very good and he flamenco. He did a very impressive knee twist step and the armography was amazing I loved this and Paso is my favourite dance and I am happy it got 39 *10/10*
not sure what you saw, but i saw stiffness through the whole thing. the lines were bad, and his stiffness ruined what would have been good. the timing was also off because of the stiffness, he was slow and used way too much energy for the routine. It was bad

It was much, much better than last time. Joe wasn't the perfect dancer in this competition, but many youngsters can relate to him, and hopefully, he has inspired some teens to learn ballroom and Latin-American dancing. Although he was stiff in places, particularly in his arms, he captured the mood of the Paso Doble very, very well and he produced a solid routine, technically, full of dedication and hard work. An 8.

He went on the right foot and have smoothed up the previous stiff areas from last time. One of the most notable improvements. I felt he nearly went wrong in one bit and face could have shown more intensity at times but I’m proud welcome back to the competition

it would've been nice if he won, but he honestly got so much out of this experience alone, winning honestly wasn't needed. he has a new found friendship, he learned a new skill and he probably has an even better mindset now that he's done and gone through all this. so a mere trophy.. i dont think would cut it for all the even better things he got out of it.
