Exactly how I feel about this loop, kanyes part on this song feels so heavy and dark sounding but this sample breakdown feels like the light at the end of the tunnel
This part is very celebratory, feels like it filled with lights and happiness. A festival of colors and love. Simply pure genius in sound mixing, and of course the original performance of Sister Nancy.
I absolutely adore this whole album and this song as a whole is beautiful, but there’s something about this part that gives me this overwhelming feeling of nostalgia. I love this part :)
RamenTrash same bro I remember when this album released 4 years ago now! This songs instrumental stuck out to me so much, I have that same exact nostalgic feeling when listening to this song that gives me such a sense of peacefulness, when I’m stressed out and need to calm myself this is one of my go to songs. I really would love to know the root of the nostalgic feeling we get when hearing the bum bum bee dums haha brings me so much peace.
@@lmtretola part of it for me is just thinking back on when this first dropped and how I’d listen to this all the time, but I think part of it is also just the very childlike and playful nature of the instrumental. It’s so upbeat and bubbly. Mixing that with the sample just enhances that. It’s an older song and the singer sounds welcoming and warm, like she’s a really nice kindergarten teacher singing to the class when we were all young and full of wonder. Or maybe even a mother singing while getting her kids ready for a day at school giving it a nostalgic vibe. It sounds stupid, but that’s what I sorta chalk it up to. This overly upbeat outro coming after the somewhat brash and controversial intro To me feels like the blissful ignorance or a child. This little fragment of innocence surrounded by a loud dark world, living in their own fairy tail enjoying the little pleasures in life, unaware of the struggles around them, just being free. That’s what this outro feels like to me, slipping away to an unknown comfort, even if just for a short time. Short like childhood.
I’ll never forget the first time I heard this beat switch off “Famous” when listening to TLOP for the first time. I was riding my bike in 2020 around my neighborhood and I almost fell off my bike because I didn’t expect such an ethereal beat switch. Kanye is a genius and deserves all the fame he receives.
It's simply a loop and a drum pad honestly nothing complex if nothing complex if you ever watch him hes just kind of doing the same thing other people do when they press buttons he just has an understanding for what you want to hear

I saw this as a background music to a video of Phillies Alec bohm and it’s been stuck in my head just about every day, so fun to just vibe to this song
Summer 2016 got my first job cleaning tables at 15, got off my first day from work and went home and looped this same exact video. I didn’t realize I had a looong way to go in the work industry 😕
Idk, this is my favourite part of the song, but I can't feel that by itself does not have the same vibe when compared to the original song Also, thanks for this man, although it seems that I'm a little bit late
The fact that someone had the idea to loop this sample and share it with the world gives me hope in humanity
