FAME! Well, a school in NW England has just performed this musical for 4 nights this year in March 2023. Tbh, I never thought being part of the band supporting the cast would have the effect it has had on me, personally. The themes of this musical are so, so relevant to current trends of teenage growth and decision-making. Being a tutor at the school of this production makes me and other tutors aware of the perils our youthful students go under, facing peer-presure, loneliness, and self-doubt. Although FAME the musical has its dated floors, its message is very relevant and apt for today's youth, in my opinion! 'Dancing on the sidewalk' is for sure a fav, musically.. great upload, and I'm glad I could leave a comment 👍 👏..

Why is it such a laboured tempo?
Auditioned for lambchops two weeks ago and then I get a recall audition for this part and I had five days to learn the rap, this song and act 2 scene 6 (which is just before this number)

@@dorist4767 I did, the production happened in June and it went really well, this year we’re doing beauty and the beast and I got lumiere as well, and hopefully it goes as well as last year
