You can hear Zilla's roar in My hero academia season 6 as well. I forget the exact episode because it's been awhile since I watched but you can hear one of the Nomu creatures making the roar noise when about to attack one of the sidekicks.

You can also hear Heisei Godzilla's first roar in the Pokémon episode with Ditto. It's in the scene where Jesse yells at Ditto.
There's also Godzilla 1960's roar used in a episode of a anime named Doraemon

I know Rodan's roar is used numerous times throughout the Dragonball shows.
