Sir.. Very good explanation......i have a doubt? Do refrigerated atmosphere storage and controlled atmosphere storage are same?

In refrigerated storage only controlling the surrounding temperature which reduces the rate of respiration, microbial & enzymatic activity, but in CAS controlling the temperature, humidity, and surrounding atmospheric gas composition, which reduces the control rate of respiration of food, control the enzymatic and microbial activity during storage. CAS system provided an external CO2 gas cylinder to refrigerators, which reduces the oxygen level and increases the CO2 level with automatic monitoring and controlling system.
