The market is flooded with great singers that’s why you don’t hear of the winners of these talent shows after the show finishes anymore when Beyoncé,Britney Spears Kelly Clarkson etc made it big the market was weaker than it is nowadays

One thing I don't get about The Voice: after picking a coach the artists are supposedly on that coach;s "team, yet the next thing they do is start "battling" against their fellow team members with the loser being dropped from the team. This doesn't sound like any team I've ever been on. It would make more sense to me if members of each coach's teams competed against each other. What's up with this? Teams are supposed to pull together. Teamwork, you know?
