  • We've never fished this lure on The Great Barrier Reef, commonly known in the USA Bass Fishing scene as the Umbrella or Alabama Rig. So we thought what better way to put it to the test then right in our backyard - The REEF!
It did not dissapoint, we had loads of fun making this one!!!!

Absolute Candy! Like Santa arriving each time your video's drop Team! ;) So good. The best as always..footage, fishing and editing prowess - straight out of that top drawer. PS Seeing a gap here for some modified, hardened A-Rig reef gear out the box? - SMITHY 😉🤙🎣🐟

Those rigs looked like they'd be a nightmare to cast, but how wrong can you be. Thanks again both of you for another great video.

Yeah had fun doing a little review on em. Good thing but has its time and place. More of a trigger bait we feel. Cheers for the comment 🎣

Also check your reef zoning too! A yellow zone is one hook only so you probably wouldn’t be able to use this!

There are different rules pending states, also fresh water is again different, where we were fishing you could have up to 6 hooks 👌🏽🎣

I can see why they would have banned these in tournaments, fish wouldn’t stand a chance. Great seeing you guys do different stuff well done, we just need more videos please.

The snaps did not hold up because that rig is made for bass fishing in freshwater vs saltwater fish which are bigger and more aggressive. The manufacturer needs to step up it’s production for saltwater bait fishing.
