i have tried to make your sponge cakes 3 times, this is ..the vanilla pasty recipe i am refering to ,but they dont come out spongy or soft ..i think this is due to baking in oven. the sponge is heavy and not light .
Try adding accurate amount of baking soda and baking powder and bake your cake at low tempreture btw 150°C to 200°C then your cake will become spong and spongy..
@@tanishkasantoshi13 yes i have been baking for long now .almost 20 plus years .but more with eggs . and i use exact meassurements. i follow the recipe to the T .also tried baking btw 150 to 200c but result is not spongy n light .since these recipes use curds i decided to try . instead of condensed milk recepies ..which have come out excellent as bases for eggless black forest . ferro. rocher cakes
