Out of the thousands of camera/cinema camera channels I subscribe to, yours is the absolute best. The fact you use older cameras shows you knowledge on the whole aspect of cinematography, and the fact that it’s the user, not the camera being used. Bravo.
Outstanding work! This reveals a side observation...it is a shame how RUclips compression makes a mess out of detailed moving images, like small waves. You can see how it just mushes it all into a uniform blob. Nature of the beast :)
I went to the Grand Teton 4 months ago, and I even got some videos and photos from my Canon R6 of the mountains and they looked amazing. I also got to see the Yellowstone National Park Geysers.
My new favorite video. The entire story is in the title. We interpret what was said and done, and try to put ourselves in your shoes. That’s it. There’s a reason why this video doesn’t have more views. It’s because people don’t have the capacity to see real beauty. Everyone’s worried about fake shit. Maybe that’s a good thing for us real folk. Good job on this. It’s inspiring.

Nice look. One tip tho, when you export set keyframe to 12. Its 72 as default on youtube pre settings. It is way wa too much as today. It creates blokiness and makes water total mess. Also set bitrate to 100mbps.
Just so you know, this video is being obliterated by compression, I have premium and watching on max settings its horribly blocky and compressed, shame as the footage looks beautiful. wanted to mention in case you don't see the same on your end.
Yeah I’m noticing this happens to some videos worse than others and I’m not sure why. I’m exporting the same. It doesn’t look terrible on my end but I haven’t tried watching it on a large screen where I’m sure it looks worse. Any tips?
@@faded_memory afraid I don't know. I am a filmmaker / editor but I don't post anything on RUclips so i don't know the impact that's having and why. It's almost definitely RUclips though. Increasing bit depth of export is all I can think of but if YT is compressing it itself then it won't help.

I concur with D_O_M_A_, watching on max setting w Premium and it's a shame what the compression is doing to this footage.
