Absolutely love this place, I've been there several times and just recently came back from their after spending 10 days.
The staff are amazing, Food is good, Had a little bit of problems with Certain People taking my towels when left on the sun bed to get food. And then replacing it with their own towels. And as for waiting in line for food That's nonexistent, They just dive right in. Also had the worst case of Tiger Mosquitoes in the area who eat me alive.
Sadly, this is not a very disabled friendly resort, especially if you are visually impaired, there are no markings around the pool to indicate that there is a lip before you get into the pool, none of the stairs are marked to indicate each step. which to be honest is an accident ready to happen.

Hi there, we are looking at this hotel, is there much difference between booking Playa or Park side? Playa is cheaper. We have a 9 year old girl. Can you got to Skybar if not booked Prestige? Prestige looks to be adults only!! thanks. We were re about to book Iberostar Playa Du Muro which is smaller and newer but Playa and Park look better and more to do for our 9 year old girl. Any advice would be welcome.
Hi! I’m not sure about playa but we loved park! We were not booked prestige. Anyone at our resort could access the sky bar!
