i'm french living in france, i never do that, always in my big sweater whatever people think. Usually no-one cares. You're unlucky to be surrounded by aholes:( Or maybe try to care less about what people might think. People live in their own world and don't see past their feet

Non voglio essere cattiva ma in questo caso ammetto che lo sarò. Ho infatti notato che stavi molto meglio prima quando non ti eri aggiustata piuttosto che dopo. Non ti guasterebbe studiare un pochino meglio gli abbinamenti.

I think this depends on your upbringing more than cultural differences, my mom would like me to wear nicer outfits, but my dad could not care. So i justvdo what pleases me, and ive never been looked or judged at the store in sweats, pajamas, ballgown or whatnot. Same foes for strangers all around here. And im european ❤️ no judgement. And if someone does, they can suck an egg. ❤

@@MamaDoesEuropeI was warning people in the comments that said they were scared of France as a whole for this reason lol. And honestly even if you live in 16eme nothing prevents you from buying eggs with casual clothes, I used to hang almost only in rich parts of Paris when I was younger and I never got weird looks or remarks for doing so, as long as you're not going to luxury stores..

See if you were in Turkiye, you would knock on any neighbors door and ask if they have some. Then you can bring them some sugar or something cute in exchange. NEVER ASK FOR SALT OR GIVE SALT AWAY FROM YOUR HOME, whichever house salt leaves, a person will pass away from that house. Its not a myth. Its real. Whether it be an elderly getting worse or a pet or a terrible accident. DO NOT ASK FOR SALT FROM OTHERS AND DO NOT GIVE ANY. I know all the Russians, and Turkic Asians already agree.

You can wear the option 1 in Paris since we do see everything here. The difference is that you well be seen as a poor person or a neglected person or some random foreign student. People do care about clothes and appearance and won’t treat you the same at all according to it. This said if you care about your social interactions you will prefer the second option but if you don’t, then it’s ok to wear the first option. PJ are not acceptable..people will judge you really bad.

Why because people will give you dirty looks. Tbh when I leave the house looking like a bum I expect to get dirty looks I just don’t really care what people think when I’m probably never going to see them again.
