Just made this!!! I used 1tsp. Instant yeast, 2tbsp of bread enhancer, made 1 loaf using 9x5 loaf pan. 1st rise=2hrs 2nd rise= 1hr. For the 2nd rise, i waited til the dough crested about 1inch above the rim of the pan. Then baked it for 30 mins at 350F. (30mins might be too much for some, it really depends on your oven) Soooo good! So soft! Thank you for the recipe! 😊
Pwede po basta a good qualit brand ng apf, it means maganda kasi protein percentage niya na pwede pang bread i suggest wooden spoon or baron all purpose flour
Hi if you are using ACTIVE DRY YEAST you must activate it first on water , but if you are using INSTANT DRY YEAST YOU CAN ADD IT DIRECTLY BREAD IMPROVER is not necessary you can omit that one ☺️

Tried this recipe twice but dough not rise in both attempts. I used freshly opened yeast every time 😔
Try to test your yeast if it still active, 1/4 cup water,1 tbsp yeast and 1 tbsp sugar, mix together and let it sir fo 8-10minutes

I think the 1 tsp yeast is not enough for 500 grams flour. Should be 1 tablespoon.
