Like my polo I used to daily drive for 7 yrs the interior still seems new without any fading & I never had to change any buttons or anything mechanical. The only thing I did was normal oils & filter change services once a year till now no complaint in any mechanicals & even there is not much body noise after 7 years. I have an suv as well with modern interiors but I feel modern interiors touch screens etc not so easy to use. Like u have to look & reach for them. With the polo call me old fashioned but it's a true driver's car. Other new cars have more space & more tech in the interior which is good for the family but if you are a small family 2 people one child & if you drive the car mostly on your own there is no better car than the polo

Hi I'm using gt tsi from 7 months already 16000 kilometers 1st service completed They charged me 5,500 rupees without Labour cost but driving experience is awesome in cities 10 to 12 kilometers per litre and in highways upto 18 kilometers when I on the cruise control at 90 kilometers speed. Know tiredness in the traffic better go for automatic when we are regularly in the traffic compare to other hatchback cars breaking system its very nice about steering car will not move side when we takeout the hand from steering on the speed breakers 👍💙
To GT mein Rear Ac nahi hain, Arm rest nahi hain magar Auto Transmission hain aur HLP mein Rear Ac hain, Arm Rest hain, sirf Spoiler aur Body colored ORVM nahi hai jo hume aram se aftermarket mein miljayega I think HLP makes way more sense than GT ..
I do not understand what is stopping Polo from bringing new interior design and the legroom at the back, this is something VW should Act upon ASAP, yes service n Cost of the Spare should be lowered, and trust me VW will be the best Hatchback Segment...VW do not underestimate the Indian automobile industry you never know when you will be out from Indian market since we have TATA coming up with elegant designs - Thanks to Mr Ratan Tata gi :)

tata needs to work on its service front. only steel gauge they are using does not fulfill all safety norms, VW uses galvanized steel in its body shell and high tensile steel for its frame and in front n rear panel but in doors as well. needless to mention VW uses laser welding for its roof so that there is no panel gap left like other car brands between roof n chasis frame, results making roof as part of chasis like tortoise shell. i hope i have cleared the doubts towards build quality of Tata n VW. Nice comparison. But you missed one important feature of GT- it has traction control option. Can you pls tell me if it is still a practical choice to buy Polo or to go for Baleno/i20 My problem with Polo is Space and Resale value.
@@chahalsagar polo as its German made there is no concept of compromise on the build quality and yes you get most practical features which are quite usable in daily rides. Slight backdrop is the rear seating capacity, third person who sits in the middle may face problem with the big transmission hump placed down. But its manageable, you can expect comfort too. Baleno - its a shitty car, no safety and build quality is the worst ever i have seen in many of the cara i have driven. Its a No Go. I20 - its a good car with loads of features but it depends on individual for the design of the car. Build quality is decent enough but that strong as Polo. You get some good space at rear when compared to Polo.
Baleno is not great , when it comes to driving dynamics.. well the engine is ofcourse reliable. Polo gt on the other hand is amazing when it comes to handling, joy of driving, braking, control and very importantly, safety. Baleno pros: Low maintenance Cheap service cost and spares Better space Cons: Stability is not great Safety is compromised Not great w.rt. performance, when compared to GT tsi. Polo GT pros: Amazing driving experience and performance Safe enough Excellent braking Stability at high speeds ESP and hill assist features Cons: Maintenance cost in higher side (Vw has now reduced it though) Can't take it to an outside service centre ,which is not VW ASC Spares are expensive too No rear camera . Note : VW is strict w.r.t to this.. so it's risky , if you are concerned. Rear seat is not spacious and comfortable. No rear arm rest. Boot is small. Mileage a bit on lower side compared to Baleno.
No Rear camera, Engine Start and Stop button, still Polo looks 10 years old only for the pickup we don't need to purchase this bcz I m not going to any car race. I think Ecosport or Nexon are the good choice and value for this price.

i think VW make huge profit with GT tsi cause it is charging extra ₹134000 from highline plus just for GT badging. Engine -same mileage - highline plus has more mileage feature - highline has AC vents but GT don’t. safety - EBD is only in highline plus manual and automatic transmission - is only in highline plus although GT should also have this option . what highline don’t have that is GT badging but still any hatchback or SUV in this segment and price is not able to compete polo. shame on other brands that you are not able to compete 10 year old car . i myself have polo highline plus 2019 model 😎 which i bought it at ₹955000
The gt variant is a total waste of money. No difference with highline plus instead looses rear ac with armrest. The black door mirrors door scuff plates & the spoiler is available as accessories from vw & also better ones can be had aftermarket. I would take the highline plus keep the armrest rear ac & with the 40k I save get the spoiler & door scuff plates & put an high quality black film wrap on the door mirrors Gt variant used to have more powerful engines & faster gearbox. What's the point of this new gt. They should offer gt with the 1.5 engine
Sas to say but....we can't pay or cherish this offer, why company fails to provide its European models in India, though we pay more then at what they sell the same on US or European market.
Even after 10 years, Polo is still the sportiest hatchback you can buy in india ❤️

High line pluses down is not missing & the car was deep white colour & the sticker was light colour I was saw it on hiline plus.
