Kibera is very very far away from Kericho. There must be a county or a governor or some sort of representative in that area

@@toniokats5601 absolutely, Kenya is one nation. I live in the state of Texas which is larger than Kenya, yet each city here will assist the other in lieu of useless projects. What does distance have to do with economic development. Certainly a stadium is a waste considering the current climate of corruption and abuse of public/private funds in Kenya.

I believe every county in Kenya is allocated funds through its county governments for developmental projects leading to jobs, Kericho has its fair share of jobless youth it needs to take care of hence such a projects. Kibera is in Nairobi county and Nairobi is surrounded by counties from central Kenya like Kiambu that are very fertile and can produce a lot of food more than enough to feed Kibera, so partnering with these counties is more sensible that Kericho country which is miles away in another region of Kenya.
