Amazing!! I was a bit unsure this would actually work. I have spent many hours researching this. After consulting with an electronics guru he said that there is no reason this should not work. So with that newfound confidence I made the decision to go forward with the installation. After 20-30 mins I had the install completed and voala it worked right away. Thank you so much for this awesome information. Side note I have a 2005 LLY. Thank you . Thank you.
It almost seems too simple for it to work, but we are just using the PTO function that already exists for this use.

Is this supposed to work with stock tuning only ?
I’m not sure what I did wrong, I got it all set up and my truck won’t read my fuel level, and the engine won’t crank over…
I made sure I put it in the right spot, I don’t know where to check.
Is this for only 04.5-5 LLY or does this work on the 06 as Well?

What if ya cruze control don't work
When i try to set mine on the highest high idel it will work for 10 sec then shut off on its own

@@cira7460 no unfortunately i did not, It has a mind of it's own I guess, a very slight few times it worked and that's it

JC Clark alright so I think I figured the issues out. When I turn on the higher idle, my speedometer jumps a little so I’m guessing there’s an issues with wiring or something. Cause this high idle was built to as soon as the ECM thinks it in drive it shuts off the elevated idle. It’s ether the speed sensor on the transmission or the transfer case causing them to falsely show a speed signal making the ECM think the truck is in motion
Is this only able to be used in park or can it also be used in drive?
High desert John at the end of the video he said it can only be used in Park.
WoTgamer guy ok thanks man, it would be really cool if it could be used in drive for idling at lower speeds.

Yes, will not effect it at all
That is not the right way to connect under dash... you should release that wire from the terminal block and get another terminal and connect both wires together and re-install into multiple connector ... never use thos shit connectors unless it is a quick temporary fix that will be done proper when convenient ...
This connection works for this application since it is not exposed to the weather. There are many ways to do this much better, including soldering. I like the idea of using a terminal and crimp both wires in it, but very few people will have the ability to properly crimp a terminal to fit into the cavity.
