Cathy, I've never seen a designer take the time to explain all the charts/colors. Thank you so much because it really helps!
Gotta run order and print them.

Our family is descended from Norwegians, and our definition of hygge is "cozy". so basically, how to survive a long dark winter LOL. Thanks for the lovely design!

I purchased the pattern as soon as it was available. I love the motifs and the colors as they are so soothing. Excited I went out and purchased the floss today, I bought all the colors LOL so I can do the ornaments in the different color ways. I will look tonight to see what I may have for fabric already. I have a stitch calculator on my phone and use it all the time. Love the frame and color so I am going to have to buy it all. Your designs are gorgeous!!

I have never bought a pattern so fast!!!!! I love it, thank you Kathy and Nichol what a beauty. This will be for my grandson his birthday is in Feb and this is something that hopefully when he is all grown up will remind him of me.

I’m so excited to join this SAL, Cathy. Such a wonderful collaboration and the original print is so beautiful, I so appreciate the artist allowing you to license it for cross stitch 😍
I’m a big fan of the concept of hygge and read a book a few years ago you might be interested it. It’s called The Little Book of Hygge by Meik Wiking and it’s wonderful. The hardcover has beautiful imagery and is so lovely to just hold! But it also has lots of information and really captures what hygge means to the Danish people. Anyway, just thought I’d drop that here in case anyone is interested - I think I’ll be having a re-read alongside stitching your design 😍😍😍

I’m having trouble deciding on which color way. I think I’ll do the sampler in blues and then some ornaments in a different color way. They are all beautiful.

I’m excited for this that I actually purchased all the colorways in DMC the while at Joann’s did as best of a conversion to Anchor for all the colorways 😉. Thanks Cathy!

Cathy this chart has a very sophisticated winter vibe!! Love all the options for colors and motifs for smaller ornaments. The frame is simple but stately!!
The team has hit a home run with this design!! Looks like a real pleasure to stitch!! I appreciate that this is available prior to the coming winter season!! ❄️🦌🌲

Kathy, you are such an incredible teacher. Thank you for taking the time to walk us through the chart and some finishing tips. This pattern is so beautiful, and I'm especially excited about the ornaments you charted! Cheers to a hygge holiday 🦌

Cathy, this was a fun, interesting introduction to Hygge Holiday. I think the whole idea of collaborating is wonderful. A designer, a teacher/stitcher, and a finisher. And, in my opinion (free) 😅 it is a great combination. I have done a stitch along with Nichol before, and she does a great job of making it fun and a fabulous learning experience. And, of course, Chantelle has created many lovely finishing pieces. I haven’t decided on fabric or color way yet, my go to LNS owner is out of town, so am going to wait until Ginny gets back from her holiday, and quilt workshop. 💛
Thanks so much for creating such a beautiful project. I am looking forward to working on it; finding hygge as I stitch. 💛💛Peg💛

Love this chart. Thank you for all the detailed information. I will do mine in the blues, but the simplicity of the monochromatic browns is beautiful also. So many things going right now, so I probably won’t be joining the SAL, but I did buy my chart and will be following all the posts. Thank you all.

The frame is classic and beautiful! The ornaments are too cute! Just yes. You put so much work into every aspect of this. Thank you so very much and excited to join in the fun stitch along!

I learned something new in the journey and that’s always a good thing!❤️🪡
