Challenge Clip 2

Watch the WHITE TEAM player as the challenge comes, she looks at the opponent and then drops her shoulder for contact. She is no longer playing the ball. The player on the ground is making a soccer play on the ball.
Always make a decision based on safety for the game, but when a player gives up on challenging the ball and challenges the opponent, we should penalize that as officials.

What is the best way to know which player/where to look?? -- I usually look at the player furthest from the ball, so I would have missed the white player's shoulder... please help!! Thanks!
