Handball Clip 2

The player goes to ground to challenge the ball. He initially uses his arm to post and break his fall. But his body is on the ground and his arm has extended away from his body when it contacts the ball. This player has made himself unnaturally bigger and a handball is penalized. This offense alone is not grounds or a caution. Depending on the numbers, players, space etc... it could be SPA but in this situation no card is shown.
