3 cups sugar
1/4 tsp fine salt

Sir i tried cooking this po. Pinatuyo ko naman po ng maayos at pinalamig ko din po. Pero after ko po lagyan ng sugar maya maya basa na po sya
@@shirleychiong3794 nangyari din sa akin yan... Ginawa ko naglagay ako powdered sugar as first coating tapos air dry ko ng mga 2 days saka ko ko nilagyan uling powdered sugar hindi na nag moist... Kailangan matuyo talaga yong outer part ng beans bago lagyan ng sugar uli..

hello po ask ko lang bakit po ginawa ko nang lumamig sya tumitigas ulit ang beans pano po yon maiiwasan?
Kailangan palambutin talaga ang beans sa paglaga pa lang... Tapos i pa dry muna yong hindi na basa bago i coat ng powdered sugar kasi magkakaroon ng molds... At dahil wala tayong ginamit na preservatives dito hanggang 5 days lang ang tatagal nito at room temperature.

Hello po. Di po ba nag mo moist ang beans after malagyan ng powdered sugar? Kasi ilan na po na try kong recipes, halos basa sila pagkalipas ng ilang minuto. Una dry tapos basa na beans. Hopefully ang technique nyo sa pagluluto ay maganda kalabasan po. Maraming salamat.
Palamigin muna ng husto or air dry bago lagyan ng powdered sugar... Kailangan din malambot na yong beans para hindi tumitigas pag iniluto sa caramelized sugar... Thank you for watching.

Pimalamig ko naman po tsaka niluto mabuti. Bakit po after ng ilang oras basa na po sya, nag melt po ung sugar 3x po ako nag try magluto puro ganon po nangyayari eh
air dry muna para mabawasan moisture yong outer part ng beans bago maglagay powdered sugar...
