Safety Gear is Non-Negotiable:
Motorcycle riding demands the use of appropriate safety gear. Always wear a helmet, gloves, jacket, pants, and boots designed for motorcycling. These items are crucial for protecting against potential injuries.

Remember, the thrill of riding should always be accompanied by a commitment to safety. Motorcycle riding, especially at high speeds, involves inherent risks. We encourage our viewers to ride responsibly, prioritize safety, and make informed decisions when enjoying the exhilarating world of motorcycles.
Got one exactly like that for my 16th birthday in 1986
Snap - This is the same one I had too when I was 16. I restored this bike about ten years ago. It's been sitting in my collection and last year I decided to fire it up again and start riding it again instead of it looking pretty... You can't take them with you so may as well enjoy them. Thanks for watching.
I bought one of these new in Christchurch in 1986 (I think) and commuted on it from Lincoln to Sumner. Mine would do 105 km/h indicated. Loved it! In winter, it used to ice up the carb sometimes, crossing the causeway before Redcliffs. Now have a 1998 RG150 Gamma II. Two strokes rule.
This was my first bike when I was 16. Also used to ride it everywhere. - Thanks for watching. If you enjoy small bikes like these check out my website www.my50.com Cheers
Nice video, Brent
Great little bike 🏍️🙋♂️ I had a Gsxr 400 loved it 🤝
Great bikes indeed and to think this tech is 40 years old already and it still goes great! Thanks for watching
Fantastic ❤
Great video... I have an RG50 as well - great little bike! I went to the website but I didn't see how to buy a racing expansion chamber for the RG50 - please send me a link! Thank you!
Hi, thanks for watching - they are great little bikes. This was my first bike from when I was 16. I have sold all my stock of pipes and have reached out to the guys that build them to see if they are interested in bringing them back as they don't stock them anymore but I have been getting a lot of requests so hopefully I can convince them. Join the mailing list on www.my50.com and I can let you know when we bring them on board. Alternatively, you can also visit our other partners Webike Japan they have a few second-hand ones available in good condition - japan.webike.net/products/22117679.html Thanks for watching if you like the content hit the subscribe button.
懐かしいバイクだなあ。
It is nostalgic... for me especially as it was my first bike I owned over 35 years ago...Thanks for watching.
Just loved the 50cc bikes in the 1980s..they were relatively cheap, fast and reliable.Worst one I had was honda mt . Upgraded to mbx 50..honda..it was super. Purchased others to restore..sadly sold them on..big mistake..
I have an MBX Honda in our collection I should take it out and see how fast it can go...It's been years since I rode it!... Hey, thanks for watching if you enjoyed the content feel free to subscribe.
Sweet memories of my first bike 1986. Had the blue and white with full fairing. Wish I could find one again.
Hey, thanks for watching I restored the blue one you are talking about if my years are correct. You can check it out here and let me know - ruclips.net/video/-C_yJk1LwYQ/видео.htmlsi=tgfPGFmHlCoMC43z this was one of my favorite colours on this model, especially with the full fairing it looks really cool.
@@my50bike Hi, not like yours. My one looked exactly like the RG500. Had the dark blue white and light blue with the red R on the bottom of the fairing.
Keep up with a 125 till 70 mph. Even with production 125 that will goto about 80 mph. If you gamma was deristricted with sensible pipe you could beat a standard 125cc. We've all seen the fastest race 50 cc which could go well over 100 mph.
They are cool! Thanks for watching - If you like these kinds of bikes check out our website www.my50.com
Used to have rg125. Would adore a standard rg50 Suzuki. Intense sound of engine 4500+ rpm @@my50bike
