I appreciate your story, but the price is insane. Average people can't try it.

The price at MSRP is not outrageous at all. The marketing machine they have is what causes the problems, hype and marketing is all it is. Msrp is affordable but only the in crowd gets those at msrp

@chasecarter1170 Bro, I just saw a 15 year for $1500. Doesn't matter at MSRP if it's released once a year and impossible to find lmao.

@@chasecarter1170Not true, my Pops and I have been collecting Bourbon for a little over 2 weeks now. Yesterday we where at the right place at the right time and both go our hands on an Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year. Sure it's difficult to get and many places do lottos/raffles and or save them for loyal customers and big spenders but you can definitely get your hands on it if you put in the effort.

@@AV-wn7xzMy Pops and I just paid $107 each before tax for a 10 year Old Rip. Weve been collecting Bourbon since December 1st when we went on a trip to Kentucky and the Buffalo Trace Distillery.

It’s like these people are talking about something that doesn’t exist. 😂 I wonder if the day will ever come, where I can buy something that has this name on it? I’m just a normal American 🇺🇸 I’m not 1% rich.

Nothing goes to waste LOL it's not some great accomplishment to empty a barrel and combine it with other whole barrels. She's in amazement at nothing.

Not overrated, but definitely overpriced. On the secondary market! Retail bottles aren’t out of reach price wise, just impossible to find.
