As part of the PD Health @ Home program, this free video series focuses each week on one aspect of fitness designed to support people living with Parkinson’s. This series is designed to build on itself and is a great tool for people with Parkinson’s, but also for physical therapists looking for ways to properly support and engage clients living with Parkinson’s.
Your posture is under constant assault - tablets, phones, books. Parkinson's can make it even more difficult to stay standing tall, but you can do it. Join Zach Guza of The Parkinson's Gym and Black Dog Fitness to learn exercises and reminders on how to maintain your posture. Then, we roll through a great workout for anyone - standing, seated or both. Only 27 minutes and all you need is a chair but it will bring the fight to Parkinson's.
