I think the Mesa by itself sounds best, there's something really nice about the highs and attack. But more importantly, that guitar is freakin gorgeous 🤯
the most tonally rich sound is from MB 50 Caliber, IMO. Terror Stamp gives the most brutal and straightforward sound, RAT is the most saggy, not very suitable for fast riffs, but for sludge very good
Trey Azagthoth uses Rat in front of a Marshall jcm900 with a "crunch settings". Works good on his hands. It's slimy and messy but fits his style tho and gives Morbid Angel it's own sound. 🤔🤔🤔

I've bought a 50 cal+, inspired from your vids! Nice amp, enjoying it a lot!!
Nice to read it man)
Everytime I heard someone's describing chainsaw tone, that instantly reminds me of the guitar tone of Laaz Rockit's Fire In The Hole. Brutal!
Entombed.
Man, that Terror is just DOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMM!

Thanx for watching and for your opinion, cheers;)
What do you tune to? Sounds like C standard but not sure. Awesome sludgy tones btw.
Yeah this is C standard
Great! Is it safe to use the orange terror stamp as a preamp and not connected to a speaker cabinet?
Yes it is! It’s designed for using it this way as well, which is very smart indeed!
Very good to know, thanks! I thought the very first tone was the best!

@@nikkekuki Pretty sure one of the guys in Obituary does that too.
The mesa the cleanest one
Yeah, but the aim was not to achieve the cleanest tone, rather the opposite or a golden balance between;)
