When I became an entrepreneur, my mentors and coaches said to journal. I got a blank book but never could quite remember what I needed to write.
Sooooo...I created a journal with all the categories that I wished I had in one spot.
Its guided, and this daily practice is to help you develop and grow. A year from now, you can reflect on how much you have accomplished and grown.
