    Inlet Velocity Profile:
    u(y, t) = 6U * y * (H - y) / H² * step1(t)
    Where U = 1 m/s, H = 0.41 m, and step1(t) ensures a smooth time-dependent flow initiation.
    No-Slip Condition applied to all walls and the cylinder.
    Pressure Outlet: Zero gauge pressure at the outlet.
