Hii ma'am I gulf airways , do they allow a female passenger to carry a hand purse ( shoulder purse ) along with laptop bag and 6 kgs cabin bag?

Hi. I found that Gulf allow free extra baggage for student flying economy class. Do you get free 1 additional 23kg checked baggage? Do I need to register anything before flying? Or can I make online check-in and then simply show the student visa at the airport counter??
Hi, yes that's true. You don't need to do anything, but just keep your Offer letter and CAS letter from the University with you and tell them that you are a student at the baggage check-in counter.

For gulf air baggage allowance is 46(2bags of 23) + cabin bag(6). I calculated you took more than 60kgs so did you pay for extra kgs or you just told them that you’re student and showed them CAS? And are they strict about baggage dimensions coz I’m taking 2large bags
Hey! If you check their luggage allowance, Gulf air allows an extra 23 kgs for students. And while checking in the bags, you can just tell them that you are a student and keep your CAS and offer letter handy just in case they ask for it and you'll be good.

Hey, I booked mine from the official website for the first time, and for the second time I opted for booking.com.
But I don't think it should be a problem for you because it's on the airline and not where you book it from.
My layover is 19 hours in bahrain from gulf air. Do i need transit visa ?
No you don't need a transit visa. It is a very smooth process and the airport has lounge chairs over there for you to rest.

Like you took 3 baggage 22+17+13 so have they charged for 1 extra luggage
Hi, it depends on the airline and not the student visa. So you can just search the airline name and luggage in front of it, and you would get all the information.
Eg. Gulf Air Luggage
They didn't charge me as I got an extra 23 kg allowance as a student
