The last handheld I bought was a PSP as I've always been a home console guy but I find less and less time to play at home. I almost bought a Switch lite so I can play on the go but picked up a 3DS XL Hyrule Ed when I saw one for a good price and so glad I did - so many good games.
Don't care if the games are few years old, classics are classics and you don't need the best graphics on a handheld.
I love these videos! The 3DS has an amazing library of games and there's a lot that I still want to play. Most of the games I've played on it are Jrpgs and I absolutely love them. Some of my favorites are Fantasy Life and Rune Factory 4!

There are so many games that missed out on the top 50 that don't make any sense at all, but I thought that Star Fox 64 3D would at least make the top 20. I'm so surprised really that this game didn't make it. Good video otherwise.

Some of them have big size (Fire Emblem, Ultramoon, Smash Bros, Dragon Quest ir Xenoblade) but in a 64 GB de card you can storage a lot of great games ;)

Nintendo DS is not called 2DS.
Pokemon Gen 6 (X and Y)was a milestone for Pokemon. Im pretty sure it was the first actual 3D pokemon game (before sun and moon). Its super fun to play and I recommend it!
I played Pokemon since generation 1. I can not seem to rank this game even though I spent 250 hours on it. The game seems easier to egg breed on than any previous version. Ev training is also faster than any previous generation.
It was the first handheld 3D Pokémon game. Pokémon Colosseum came out on game cube. I think gen 6 is bashed for no reason. I grew up on Pokémon, first games were ruby and sapphire for me and yet I still loved 6. Pokémon, weird story and all. I can say black and white had the best story, but game play wasn’t as fun. Gen 6 made things different and at that time. We NEEEDED that

Just got a new 3ds XL Majora's Mask edition, this edition is extremely rare in my country and I'm enjoying the hell out of it, I freaking love it. I love the 3DS system, even though Nintendo will not keep supporting it it will always live in my heart and I'm going to play on my 3DS til the day I die. Lmao I got a little sentimental, sorry.

Im with you. I have 2. The plain "new" black, and galaxy new 3ds xls. Galaxy is my daily driver but i have a backup just in case my galaxy dies before i get through my 75 game library

Just so happen that PSP is my first to experience handheld games like Monster Hunter and games with better graphics than PS1. But glad to have a 3ds as well, both company (Nintendo and Sony) are good to handheld games. 😄
The 3DS is one of the most underrated consoles of all time, 50 awesome games and there are still some not here and everyone craps on it, i had every handheld since the Gameboy and never had so many quality games in one console, and even comparing it with GBA and the original DS.

I think its just shy of being so great cause the DS set such excellent president. Not qiute as epic as the 3DS as there isn't as many good games... but it did quite well during the smartphone era- something that DS/PSP didn't have do deal with

im kinda surprised majoras mask is number 2, i dont doubt majoras mask was a great game, but ive heard loads of complains about issues the 3DS version has and it made me re-consider whether or not i wanted to buy a 3DS at some point as my next console or if i wanted to get an N64 (ide say gamecube but apparently the gamecube version introduced new bugs to the game)

I really would like know if there’s a difference between sun/moon and ultra sun/moon. I already have moon and have heard a lot that if you have the original there’s not point in getting the add on. kao kadri I would recommend ultra sun/moon if you're a pokemon fan. There are a ton more features, it's definitely the superior complete version. There are a ton of videos and other discussions online showing all the differences too

I can sort of expecting LOZ Ocarina of Time made it to no 1. Played the original on N64 long time ago and COMPLETELY fell in love with it. I had never finished Majora's Mask because the N64 was broken. Would love to try that game again in 3ds!!

You can try Zero Escape series Corpse Party, Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater. 3ds isn't for sure that console where you find many games like that.
