    Broad beans (250g, peeled)
    Olive oil
    1 large clove of garlic
    100g Parma ham (or pancetta/bacon)
1/2 glass of dry white wine
    250ml hot water
    500ml semi-skimmed milk
    45g plain flour
    Fennel leaves (or mint/fennel seeds)
    250g Fresh lasagna sheets
Sun-dried tomatoes in sunflower oil (with capers)
    Olives
    Parmesan cheese to sprinkle

    Cooking Instructions:
Prepare Broad Beans: Weigh, and peel broad beans (250g after peeling).
Cook Broad Beans: Sauté half the broad beans in olive oil with crushed garlic until tender. Crush with a fork.
Add Parma Ham and Wine: Dice Parma ham and add to the beans. Pour in white wine and cook until alcohol evaporates.

Assemble the Lasagna: Layer lasagna sheets with the broad bean mixture, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, olives, and alternating layers of Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Bake: Cover and bake at 180°C (fan-assisted) or 200°C (conventional) for 35 minutes (first 20 minutes covered, then uncovered for 15 minutes).
Serve: Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
