I need to change the ignition switch, carb adjustments and front CV boots, and steering bushing and bearing. I don't know anything about these bikes, but your video helps me see CLEARLY beyond the plastics and how everything is routed and locations!
I have a terrible creaking noise when my Hawkeye is on uneven ground and when I get on it. The dealer can't find what's causing it. I wonder if the skid plate, which is bent is the problem. How can I take it off and try to straighten it?

Handy for a reference video, just picked up one of these with bent front A arm mounts, should be a easy fix

Have you had any issues with the frame cracking? Thinking about buying this year/model, but the frame has been welded on the one I'm considering.
I have had this same quad for about 6 years and the frame has never cracked or had issues
My left rear isn't engaging in AWD. Was broken cv joint simple cheap fix.

Who made the clutches for this pilaris hawkeye?

rwhsr47 polaris put it together. The hawkeye was an experiment. Theclutches were made by another company, either kimco ot eons.
I don't know then.......who actually made the clutches
Just replaced my hawkeyes clutch last year, the original had TGB logo stamped to it. (Taiwanese atv manuefacturer)
