I’m building a mix between an F-16 and an F-35 with the vtol capability where it rotates the engines and I just got done creating the cockpit

The only reason I can think of is making planes is hard as fvck and you need a knowledge on how aerodynamics work.
Even me, I took 4 days to make my first plane off the ground in this game lmao.
@@christbenitez8797 the gane already lets you know about CoM, CoL and CoT and thats the only thing i know to build a good plane, anything else is just pure imaginary for what youre building.

Well guys, that's it, progress has come once again and another era is gone, the era when assembling fuselages with small parts to save weight and create amazing interiors was difficult and skillful manual work, where did you to be proud of a well-done result that implied respect. This era will forever stay in the memory of all of us old gamers along with many others, and I'm glad that now we can all enjoy amazing and cool customizable interiors made with ease, a cheer to progress!

BRO my rotor is rotating and hinge rotor are moving too much.. like too much grease (just an example) but this is seriously.. my rotor is rotating uncontrollably.. its over turning.. and coming back.. and over turning again.. and coming back.. pendulum motion... how to fix this

Great job and thank you for that update, but you have to know that we (well, me) want a nice looking and well working multiplayer. I hope that you've got that on mind.

You can't fathom how hard it is to make a natively single player game do multiplayer, there is a reason the current mod for this in SP was abandoned.
@Jeremiah i know, it is hard (i've been playing around unity engine, i barely made drivable car and controllable ball so i know what it is about), but if developer could hire someone who have abilities to do this, or try to figure it out, it would be wonderfull to play it, don't you thing the same?
well, about that playing around, i know that it is basics, but that already has been hard for me, i cannot imagine me making multiplayer for rolling ball game, it is blowing my mind
@@batizaq It's possible... The mod was functional, which is proof enough, but it was incredibly unstable. One reason being, it forced users to host their own servers which results in latency and awful lag on the part of people with mediocre PC's trying to host. To fix that, the devs need to host their own, which is an incredibly expensive and likely not profitable endeavor. It would also just remain impossible for mobile users no matter what due to native support issues.
It just wouldn't be worth the dev's time, they are better off focusing on finishing SP VR and adding content to SR2. It's just more profitable, which helps them continue to make content and grow.
OMG, this is the update we have been waiting for at least 4 or 5 years. Now, is a matter of time and that the community does it’s magic with the new parts. I’m gonna try to build something with this new parts tho.
Now, as I said, is a question of time that people make good, I mean, realistic replicas of any planes with good cockpit designs and a full start-up checklist or something like that.

This is my number 1 favourite game on Steam. I bought this when it was new, not expecting it to be that great- it blew me away then and it still is! Great work!

I Uninstalled simpleplanes on android to get the update, tried to reinstall and says I need to buy it, then I found a way to get it, and then I lost all my planes I have built, 200+

I bought this game originally like 6 years ago, my daughter decided that my pc needed to be watercooled. (wasnt a watercooled pc..) anyways here I am finally back on pc and still playing it now. Have a quest 2 aswell cant wait to try that out.

I really like the update. I've been playing this game for years and I was thinking that what if they add gauges and cockpit items. So when I got the notification that there is a new update all about the gauges and cockpit I was so shock and it was the best update ever!
"Gauge parts are instrumental" 🤣 You know they put a whole lot of effort in when the scripts are gold too.

Yeah but it's not enough we most have an ejection and a RADAR with it's own screen part for display and finally in propulsion part you must add a new part like a nozzle vectoring.

Amazing update! Just one thing, is there a way for the view to automatically recenter in cockpit mode when I release the mouse, instead of pressing the icon on the bottom left?

I'm not interested in planes,But this game got the spot that I like most,it's building,and the idea of me making a plane on my own and can tune it in infinite ways like yeah this is my game,this is for me for now my target is to get my build on the front page,but it's ok as long as it's simple

If your gonna make gauges the cockpit should be as wide as it maybe add a glass cockpit which you can change the opacity so you cant see it in the cockpit(the one you made)when you put it

love it! can we have selectable fuel tanks in the next update? also... a nintendo switch port? as a mobile only player I would love the joystick and button functionality of the switch and the touch screen would make easy building.
