Have you tested the new sweep attack? It seems like that would be better than the banner. Also have you tried out the judgment shoulders with the judgment chest that marks the enemy and finds them wanting and increases the damage they take. That combo might be better than even using condemn. And if you're able to drop condemn you then can pick up sweep attack and something else for the offhand

Dropping 4pc ang down to 2pc and taking 2pc banquet or even 4pc vithu are both popular variations I have seen people make and both should work great. The offhand is good only while you are dismounted but the horse legs essence atk speed buff makes up for it while you're mounted anyway 👍
Is there a working block dmg deal build? Also if not meta? Loke with thorns in D3 but dealing automatically over the 2 block gems and punish fire gem explose crits explode crits, drom permablocking? (Basically idea is enemies and bosses kill themselves from your blocks, you’re a fortress and only AA spam punish to keep block up? And paragorn skiltree - vanquisher, where block gives crit. This crit procks the orange fire explosionncrit gem (you jad as inlay on bile?). Is this possible, does or did this exist? Thorns build is/was out of meta in d3 also, to low for high gr (no gear with required thorns amount. And thorns notnscales with gear or strg, unlike maybe block. But if all dmg is triggered by blocks and gem, it won’t scale well with sader abilities either? Doesn’t need to be meta. You’ll max out survival and withstand everything just from block and self-sustain/defense. It’s for fun and to play different. 🤷
i tried using baron before, 2 pc, did 1 primary attack then immediately trigger the dots (fire banner). No gems for accuracy, no crit. vs same thing but without baron, it did not increase the damage of the triggered DoT. It may only be considering dot duration but when triggering it doesnt affect, I am a necro by the way, I have a spell that also trigger DoTs
The reason why it works so well with this build is because of the offhand essence (torrential refrain) which immediately resolves the continual damage (in this case burning from banner) effects. I don't have too much experience playing necro so I'm not sure if the same can be replicated there. I will be trying it out soon though! Thanks
@@Mao_DI it works the same way, your offhand essence and the spell I am talking about. It only increases duration but when resolving all continual damage, it doesnt take into account the damage of the supposed increased duration. I tested the 30% from angmets, it also did not work sadly. I have a crus to test the set increase durations with, ill test trigger continual damage there too.
@@Mao_DI i tested on crus, doesnt work, and surprisingly, it even lowered it, something weird going on, try it out yourself, remove all items to reduce crit to minimum only use helm and shield and chest without crit for the condemn trigger and fire banner
The damage increase is applied mostly to the primary attack. You need to compare the breakdown before and after for the primary attack. Please check out this video where TrobaneGaming did a simple but effective test for the torrential refrain essence: ruclips.net/video/ixUcQoZLE1U/видео.html Admittedly Baron's set was not tested in that video. I did run a few tests when I was testing this build with and without Baron and it always seemed to perform worse without it at least for me. As I'm still rather new to Diablo Immortal I don't have all the shiny toys yet. Do you have mid-game builds too by any chance? I, for instance, am missing the essences "Upturned Gaze", Resplendent Mane", and "Arrant Ignition". Without those, this build seems rather pointless if I'm not mistaken.
Thank you and welcome to DI! Arrant ignition is kind of a key/signature piece for this build. If you're struggling to find it then you can use Arrowkeeper otherwise if you dont't have that either then i would probably replace banner skill altogether from something else like Annointed brimstone + consecration combo. In these cases you should expect damage to be much lower but it will still perform with OK damage and good group support Upturned gaze is a nice to have but is not required you can replace it for cradle of pebbles. If you don't have that either then I would replace it for Banner duration increse essence (Folly of zakarum) or any of the falling sword essence (in that case you'd need to use luminous reign mainhand essence) Resplendent mane is another nice to have but not required you can switch it for any of the condemn essence (Batterrhythmn or Gates of hell) Crusader is a very flexible class and once you set it up correctly it is a dream to play in PvE. Hope this helps!

Yes, it does not seem to work on bosses from my testing. It is worth trying out the variation I mentioned at 19:24 with the Folly of Zakarum shoulders instead and seeing which one you like better!
Maybe I missed it but why in dungeons variations where you want to be on the horse for primary spam, you don’t change new off hand for something like gates of hell or battle rhythm? Those would actually work while mounted
Its because we don't have 100% uptime of horse. I would say I have higher rolls than average for beneficial and cooldown reduction and I still have 1.5s or so downtime of the horse. I wanted the build to be accessible for all players so we are still able to do decent damage in the 2-5s while unmounted Another point to consider is that If you are spamming sared fire before getting on the horse it seems like the offhand will buff the attack speed even further for the first few seconds while you are on the horse. All other offhand and mainhand choices don't seem as impactful at the moment from what I can see... I was testing Peer of the sturbend for a bit for the increased banner duration but in the end I decided it was not worth

With only 2% banner damage increase on mine its really hard to test this and confirm. If I had to guess I would say it works though. Sacred fire and judgement are the other skills which would be really good to have on charm for this build!
@@chewbacca369 That's strange. When you do the damage test on the dummy make sure both horses are attacking it. sometimes summons are buggy on the dummy and you will notice that 1 or both of the horses stop attacking. In normal play they are more reliable
Another great video! I will Def use this first build in some of my raids. That dps is amazing. I do have a question. In dungeons when using lightstrider I'm normally running unholy wall essence just to keep up with the running that is present in most dungeons. Maybe I missed something but I don't see how you would keep up with that build. As for the second variation with the white horse as not all of us have void spark and the other gems options are mostly single Target dmg focus would running gloomcask with 2pc flggellent 2pc agment be another option with the 40% attack speed?
I don't use lightstriders in my dungeon build. Only Raids/Gauntlet/Challenge Rift boss and sometimes in PvP. The white horse is great for mobility while not sacrificing too much damage Angment set doesn't trigger from damage of legendary gems anymore. Maybe you meant 2pc flagellant instead of 2pc Baron? A lot of sets will work decently in this build. 4ang 2vith & 2baron outperformed everything with my setup/potency. Previously I tried 2pc/4pc Banquet and 4pc Isataar they were decent. It's just a matter of trying them out especially if you have decent cooldown/beneficial effect rolls on them
I’m fairly new to the game. All the legendarys? Do you guys just farm them until you get what ones you want? Obviously they’re very specific, and your build won’t work until it’s the right one.
Welcome to the game! Theres a feature called essence transfer. Once you have found a copy of a legendary once you can extract its effect and inherit (imprint) its effect onto any legendary you find in the same slot. So let's say I find a helmet with a certain effect that I want in my build but the stats it has are garbage. Well, I can extract the effect of that helmet once and now I have this effect forever. When I find another helmt with good stats (effect doesnt matter) I can inherit the effect from the old helmet I found and it will overwrite the effect on the new helmet. The cool thing is you can inherit and change effect as many times as you like on the same piece with no cost. This makes farming a lot easier. You can find the essence transfer NPC which will give a better explanation than me in town of every map
@@Mao_DI thanks! I do have a lvl 13 paragon Crus now. But it seems next to impossible to get all the gears these builds have. Leveled that in 2 days in between work and life. Lol.
Judgement slow doesn't work on bosses so for big Bois a 4 PC vithu and 4 PC Ang would be better and original judgement guardian also works with similar damage on bosses. Also the condemn and banner both are buffs so you pretty much have 100% up time on vithu 4pc attack speed.
Yes, definitely agree about judgment essence. I mention it in my pin comment too. Can suggest you give 2pc baron a try especially if you have 2.5k+ potency. It works incredibly well with torrential refrain offhand. Over many tests I did it performed better than 4vithu. With a lower potency setup 4vithu might be better
You need to stack Cooldown reduction and Beneficial effect duration on your character. Prioritise those stats for your magic attributes on set and legendary items. Cooldown can roll on Amulet, Gloves and Rings. Beneficial effect can roll on Boots, Belt, Chest and Pants. Awakening certain legendary essence can also give an extra 10% cooldown roll to specific skills for example I awakened the helmet in this build which gives 10% Holy Banner Cooldown reduction. Bear in mind that cooldown reduction caps at 30% for each specific skill so depending on how high your cooldown rolls are it might not always be worth going for these As for Beneficial effect take Beneficial 3% roll on each of legendary item reforges (24% total) and lastly take 2pc vithus (30% beneficial). Blessed pebble legendary gem could also be an option here.. I'll have a video up soon covering this more in-depth but for now these are the main tips!

Haha! Trust me I have been playing this game since release and sorta got stuck in the mindset that crusader is mainly a support role with great mobility (because of the horse). The more I play around with the class and its essence the more surprised I am. Have fun if you do decide to try it out!

Ill try to find the video. Isnt cooldown reduction hard capped in game at 15% but you can see more then that. IE ur 20%. Anyways i believe ECHO had the video uo last year.
Cooldown is capped at 30% max for any single skill. The sources for cooldown so far are: 5% for single magic stat set items. This can roll on Amulets, Gloves and each of the rings 6% from a R9+ Bottle Hope 10% from certain awakening slots (based of essence chosen) 5% for single magic stat helliquary remains (Only applies in Challenge Rifts & Raids)
Sorry irrelevant comment. But really need help Started the game 1 month ago. And been farming days and nights. Reach paragon 1311 with 32.5k CR. My primary equipmnt all are lvl 16. And am struggling to lvl them. I really cnt get enough Blue enchamnt dusts. Is there a way to farm them ? From i1 to i6. They almost dnt drop. I farm normal for a few days. I got a few of them. Hell 1 - 8. I got more red dust than blues I just want to know On what difficulties they drop the mosts ? Please 🥺
Hey, this grind will take a while but it should be a little easier since you have doubled bonus to salvaging. You should farm on the difficulty where you can farm fast and efficiently. Find a good Spot or farming so that you can run a circle and the mobs respawn in time. Make sure you cap your battlepass and collect the extra 150 scrap for each level over the cap. You can always convert scrap to dust at the NPC in westmarch (next to blacksmith) but be careful doing this too much as you need scrap to upgrade too! Good luck!
Another tip is to kill the Jurat boss found in Ancient's Cradle. The boss spawns every 30th minute of each hour (e.g. 8:30PM, 9:30PM etc.) You can killy the boss first in Normal difficulty, then change to any Hell difficulty then change to any Inferno difficulty. The boss drops 6-10 dusts, so you'll get around 24-30 dusts if you killed it for each difficulty. You should also do side quests on a daily basis as well. Hopes this helps.
Having summons/other players/their summons inside the fire banner greatly improves the damage output. It's likely because I'm using an Echoing shade gem in my setup which gives me 2 extra summons. Honestly even with half the damage you will still be extremely valuable in a dungeon setting :)
Hey I'm curious what is your critical hit chance in character sheet? Mine is 22% in this video. Also something pretty important is to have the correct familiar for your setup. Yep tried both combinations. Both were much worse unfortunately at least for my setup. Torrential refrain is just too good in PvE

you may wanna try 4pc isatar, that one is pretty nuts, 25% multiplicative damage increase all the time

Would holy banner damage on charm affect the damage of this banner?
With only 2% banner damage increase on mine its really hard to test this and confirm. If I had to guess I would say it works though. Sacred fire and judgement are the other skills which would be really good to have on charm for this build!

Yes definitely since summons benefit from the fire banner. If you can get your hands on Echoing shade will take the build to the next level too

Welcome to the game!
Theres a feature called essence transfer. Once you have found a copy of a legendary once you can extract its effect and inherit (imprint) its effect onto any legendary you find in the same slot. So let's say I find a helmet with a certain effect that I want in my build but the stats it has are garbage. Well, I can extract the effect of that helmet once and now I have this effect forever. When I find another helmt with good stats (effect doesnt matter) I can inherit the effect from the old helmet I found and it will overwrite the effect on the new helmet. The cool thing is you can inherit and change effect as many times as you like on the same piece with no cost. This makes farming a lot easier. You can find the essence transfer NPC which will give a better explanation than me in town of every map
@@Mao_DI thanks! I do have a lvl 13 paragon Crus now. But it seems next to impossible to get all the gears these builds have.

Judgement slow doesn't work on bosses so for big Bois a 4 PC vithu and 4 PC Ang would be better and original judgement guardian also works with similar damage on bosses. Also the condemn and banner both are buffs so you pretty much have 100% up time on vithu 4pc attack speed.
Yes, definitely agree about judgment essence. I mention it in my pin comment too.
Can suggest you give 2pc baron a try especially if you have 2.5k+ potency. It works incredibly well with torrential refrain offhand. Over many tests I did it performed better than 4vithu. With a lower potency setup 4vithu might be better

I'm sorry but I didn't see it in the video. Why is your cooldown on each ability so short? Otherwise very good build and good video :)
You need to stack Cooldown reduction and Beneficial effect duration on your character. Prioritise those stats for your magic attributes on set and legendary items. Cooldown can roll on Amulet, Gloves and Rings. Beneficial effect can roll on Boots, Belt, Chest and Pants.
Awakening certain legendary essence can also give an extra 10% cooldown roll to specific skills for example I awakened the helmet in this build which gives 10% Holy Banner Cooldown reduction. Bear in mind that cooldown reduction caps at 30% for each specific skill so depending on how high your cooldown rolls are it might not always be worth going for these
As for Beneficial effect take Beneficial 3% roll on each of legendary item reforges (24% total) and lastly take 2pc vithus (30% beneficial). Blessed pebble legendary gem could also be an option here..

Damn, and here I was never playing a Crusader. I guess I have a good excuse to class swap to one and start farming essences and maxing my essence mastery.
Haha! Trust me I have been playing this game since release and sorta got stuck in the mindset that crusader is mainly a support role with great mobility (because of the horse). The more I play around with the class and its essence the more surprised I am. Have fun if you do decide to try it out!

@@DivineNihilism 💪💪 once you get the right essence farming on Crus is a breeze. I have good experience playing DH, BK, Wiz and Crus. Out of those Crus is by far the smoothest to play for dailies/ow farming
Ill try to find the video. Isnt cooldown reduction hard capped in game at 15% but you can see more then that. IE ur 20%. Anyways i believe ECHO had the video uo last year.
Cooldown is capped at 30% max for any single skill. The sources for cooldown so far are:
5% for single magic stat set items. This can roll on Amulets, Gloves and each of the rings
6% from a R9+ Bottle Hope
10% from certain awakening slots (based of essence chosen)
5% for single magic stat helliquary remains (Only applies in Challenge Rifts & Raids)
I wonder how it performer without echoing shade? Damage decrease drastically?
Should still work pretty well depending what you replace it with! It is extremely strong!

Started the game 1 month ago.
And been farming days and nights.
Reach paragon 1311 with 32.5k CR.
My primary equipmnt all are lvl 16.
And am struggling to lvl them.
I really cnt get enough Blue enchamnt dusts.
Is there a way to farm them ?
From i1 to i6. They almost dnt drop.
I farm normal for a few days. I got a few of them.
Hell 1 - 8. I got more red dust than blues
I just want to know
On what difficulties they drop the mosts ?

Hey, this grind will take a while but it should be a little easier since you have doubled bonus to salvaging. You should farm on the difficulty where you can farm fast and efficiently. Find a good Spot or farming so that you can run a circle and the mobs respawn in time. Make sure you cap your battlepass and collect the extra 150 scrap for each level over the cap. You can always convert scrap to dust at the NPC in westmarch (next to blacksmith) but be careful doing this too much as you need scrap to upgrade too! Good luck!
Another tip is to kill the Jurat boss found in Ancient's Cradle. The boss spawns every 30th minute of each hour (e.g. 8:30PM, 9:30PM etc.) You can killy the boss first in Normal difficulty, then change to any Hell difficulty then change to any Inferno difficulty. The boss drops 6-10 dusts, so you'll get around 24-30 dusts if you killed it for each difficulty. You should also do side quests on a daily basis as well. Hopes this helps.

Even so with same items , sets.. still not even half of your burst in 10 seconds xd.
Having summons/other players/their summons inside the fire banner greatly improves the damage output. It's likely because I'm using an Echoing shade gem in my setup which gives me 2 extra summons. Honestly even with half the damage you will still be extremely valuable in a dungeon setting :)

Hey I'm curious what is your critical hit chance in character sheet? Mine is 22% in this video.
