I absolutely mean this in the most constructive way possible but you should watch this back and keep a tally of how many times you say "realistically" because it's quite notably excessive. Try folding in "practically"; "reasonably"; "in every day practice" or "in real life.
I know you are giving realistic advice but the repetition is undermining your message in a pretty big way.
