Wow that gun ran almost flawlessly. Now I'm happy because I just picked one up couple weeks ago. I haven't have time to take it to the range yet. I have both PMR and CMR. Can't wait.
UPDATE: finally the weather got nice so I decided to take both my PMR and CMR30 to the range today but damn after 30-40 rounds through the CMR with half dozen failures to feed the CMR simply stop functioning. I can feed a round in but it will not fire when I pull the trigger. The slide stop button move freely but will not lock it in place I try to. On the hand, the PMR shoots fine.
I have one and I love it. great gun the perfect bug out gun .my wife even loves to shoot it .just stay away from the Winchester white box ammo the gun doesn't like cycling the that particular round. Everything else I've shot through it no problems .
I too have one. Federal 50 grain JHP is best for mine. Manual says heavier is better. Operation wise and grouping. Just had it out to the range. It drew a lot of positive attention. Light accurate tacticool. 30 rounds of 22mag!
Seriously!! I made that recommendation to KelTec a few years back. I know they're always innovating, so wouldn't be surprised to see one come out, down the road.
@@TheBulletPoints more ammo manufacturers need to develop the round. Speer got in early and made a 5.7 gold dot when ruger came out with their 5.7 pistol. I'd like to see what hornaday or federal could really do with the 5.7 bullet. Also would like to see someone make a compact 5.7 pistol that's actually concealable. Every 5.7 pistol so far has been full size. A g19 sized pistol with a 4-4.3 in barrel would be cool. Then a p365 5.7 size pistol if the ammo manufacturers could make some short barrel specific cartridges like speer and hornaday did with 22mag. Theres alot of potential In the 5.7. And if these ammo manufacturers developed the 5.7 bullet it could have some formidable stopping power. Look at how 30 years ago 9mm didn't have near the stopping power as it does today. Its velocity didnt really change just bullet technology. It be interesting to see that technology applied to the 5.7 bullet and see what it really has to offer. Might be the next big thing. I'd like to see the same done with 22tcm. I think their a whole lot left on the table with the 22tcm. You cant even get a hollow point in 22tcm. I'd like to see what it could do with a bullet like the hornaday 22mag or speer golddot 22 mag bullet design. At 2000fps I think it would do some surprising damage.
Surprisingly not. That suppressor really dampened the sound. And the clang from the steel was far louder than the shot itself.
If only .22 Mag was a little cheaper.
All the bad reviews turned me away from this gun but the next one I see for sale is gonna be mine. It definitely has some mp7 vibes going
It's super fun to shoot, and does have that MP7 styling.
I didn't have any reliability issues at all, and would not hesitate to pick one up.

I stop by the gun dealer where I bought my CMR 30 and have them take a look at. They say they'll ship it back to Kel tec.
Did they fix the problems with this?
likely not since he probably didn't read the manual and used the wrong ammo
toomanyaccounts lol

Nice! Yeah. It's a super fun gun to shoot, and great for backpacking.
Glad you enjoyed the video and your CMR. Thanks for watching!
that WWB ammo is great for training on malfunctions. CCI Maxi-Mags rock.

30 rounds of 22mag!
What kind of forward grip were you using and where did you get it?
Thanks
this in a 17hmr would be fun fun

Just got one today
Wish they had a cmr 22 LR to go with cp33
Seriously! That would be a fun combo!
Mag release perfect simple.
Yep! Simple and functional.
I know the video is old but supersonic 22 is not hearing safe. Yikes.
With a suppressor, it is!
What ammo were you using?
did you watch the video ? it showed the ammo at beginning......geez....
I would if they'll ever camber it in 5.7.
No joke! More companies need to adopt that cartridge.

Isn't that bullet a little too fast and loud for no ear?
Suppressed .22, too loud??
