Stop time wasted 1 useful use of your time 2 time management (energy) 2 do the most important things first thing in the morning 4 no to do list 5 How to finish work at 5 pm 6 learn to say no 7 theme your days 8 how to save time 9 follow the 80/20 rule 10 how to clean your email quickly 11 always carry a note book with you 12 meeting are the last option
Good breakdown, but thin on details, eg: 1 includes 1440, 2 includes Pomadoro etc. PLUS if you run this at 1.75 speed it only wastes about 20 minutes to watch! :)
This video is not good. This video is abundantly great!😊 Your direct, information based, and delivery are 2nd to none. In any moment there is a gap in my schedule; I spend my valuable time wisely, watching as well as retaining these gold nuggets. Not everything that glitters is gold, there is a lot of pirate out there. This is undoubtedly pure gold. Thank you for the intrinsic value.
Even if 40% of to-do list tasks are never completed, the 60% that do probably represent a whole lot more productive and priority-ordered stuff than would be done without the list. The list keeps you from losing sight of your objectives, and because it relieves you from overwhelming your mind with ideas, you give yourself more freedom to write more down on the list, thinking "If I ever do have time, that's what I'd like to get done next".
"You do not owe anyone to explain your no." This is quote I should have known during my conversation with one of my bad therapists, but there no way for me to know it anyway. I can do better now.
some of the Math do not add up..i.e. 3 min Air bike session broken down to 6x25 sec with 5 sec breaks is not a 3 min session... it's less... This Video is a waste of time ;D
"Hey there! I'm on a mission to grow my channel, and I'd really appreciate your help. Your honest review means the world to me as I work to create content. So, take a peek and let me know what you think. Your support means everything. Thanks a bunch, and wishing you all the best!"
I have no problems opening my emails everyday though. I'm also waiting for important emails that i cant miss. I can still perform my daily tasks normally😅 I think it still depends on how many emails were receiving😅
Man I always do to do list. And sometimes I can finish everything but usually I dont. So I feel that one. It is good but maybe I will do a time calender thing
Thank you for creating such helpful videos. I have a suggestion, could you consider adding time stamps to your videos? Sometimes I’m multitasking and would appreciate the ability to quickly navigate to specific sections without having to search through video. Thanks!
How can a woman/parents do the same? If so can we please get an idea for how a married woman can manage their time while raising children in their family to boost productivity to accomplished their dreams?
Love this! Kevins was one of the first podcasts I listened to on the start of my entrepreneurial journey. I’ve scooped up many of these tips over the years the last decade and use them daily. It’s great to hear them all in place. I’ve been doing it so long it’s become automatic and hearing like this reminds me like “oh yeah, I do that” lol
Wow thank you for this amazing video! I had to take breaks from it, it was SO much valuable information 🤯😵💫 haha seriously thank you your content is fantastic 👏🏻
Not everyone is most productive in the morning as you assume. Personally, my best output comes in the evening between 7pm and 12pm. This is in book balancing and reconciliation. In the morning I don't achieve as much.
love it, incredible summary, but if you could please do never split the difference by chris voss and a book by dr myles Munroe called in pursuit of purpose, releasing your potential and understanding your potential..please...
Good video. 2 things I disagree with personally is 1) The to-do list. I get a dopamine hit every time I cross off something big and it motivates me to keep going. 2) There is always more to do so accept it and clock out. George Bush and Richard Branson do not perform monotonous tasks in their professions. They delegate those. This is was frees up their time, not a mindset. If average people live like this they do not have anyone to delegate to, the work builds up even more, and stress ensues. It’s not a good idea to compare time management with people who have the power to delegate and literally just say yes or no for a living.
Great information. Will watch 6 more times til it sticks. Will share. 👍🏻 and tips on retaining information? I have a problem where I can read and comprehend..., but it doesnt stick to memory.🤷🏻♂️
So Bob did what every CEO does. He outsources his work for a fraction of the cost. Isn't there an episode of Regular Show pointing out how this is shitty?
This content is a page-turner. I read a similar book that I couldn't put down either. "Dominating Your Clock: Strategies for Professional and Personal Success" by Anthony Rivers
There’s a lot to take from this video it’s all great stuff too. If you find no value you may have to reevaluate your goals because it may not be in entrepreneurship
Love it! Funny, well researched, and it's made all of my lucky friends with whom I share these facts look at me funny and shake their heads....Alltogether satisfactory outcome. Thanks! ❤❤❤
Thank you so much for your efforts. You are amazing at your job and help me daily. I truly appreciate you. Have a fantastic day knowing you positively change lives.
Lesson 4: No more to do list Fill in your calendar instead - block time away to focus on specific tasks It frees mind, reduce stress and increase cognitive performance

this sounds like an excuse to be lazy prof goggins would tell me to stay hard
Thanks! I am sharing this with my clients and I really appreciate the time and hard work you do.
#1 - don't watch 30min videos on RUclips
Or only watch them when you’re at your 9-5 (if u have a job) or while you eat
😂
Outsource your watch time
Or you can listen to it while working like I'm doing.
I watch it while I'm doing my exercises
I’m realizing I’m not adhd I was just never taught how to manage my time properly. 12 years of adderall has nothing on this 30 minute video, thanks!
"You do not owe anyone to explain your no." This is quote I should have known during my conversation with one of my bad therapists, but there no way for me to know it anyway. I can do better now.
More people need to be in the know about this; it was a game changer for me. Amazing video!!!❤🎉
You should have a LOT MORE than 185k subscribers. You do a great job
It's nearly doubled in a month
Yup, apparently 89k people felt the same way
And now she almost twice that amount 🎉
shes at 799k wow!
Thank you for making these videos!🥰 Its indeed helpful especially for us who doesnt have time to read. 🙏
some of the Math do not add up..i.e. 3 min Air bike session broken down to 6x25 sec with 5 sec breaks is not a 3 min session... it's less... This Video is a waste of time ;D
You always do an amazing job. Love your style of videos and all your content!
Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into your videos, I'm learning so much and growing A LOT! Much love from Eswatini, Africa ❤
I love these videos. Thank you for doing them. Your appreciated!❤
Watch this video ×1.75 speed
you are the best help to follow my dream as a youtuber thank you with all my heart

😡the number of advertisement interruptions on this video is RIDICULOUS!
I have no problems opening my emails everyday though. I'm also waiting for important emails that i cant miss. I can still perform my daily tasks normally😅
I think it still depends on how many emails were receiving😅
Man I always do to do list. And sometimes I can finish everything but usually I dont. So I feel that one. It is good but maybe I will do a time calender thing
1440 minutes isn't a lot but it's only 1080 if you wake up at 6
For me, the inspirational background music detracted from your video. Didn’t match the theme. Distracting!
Thank you for creating such helpful videos. I have a suggestion, could you consider adding time stamps to your videos? Sometimes I’m multitasking and would appreciate the ability to quickly navigate to specific sections without having to search through video. Thanks!
Good content for the first 5 minutes, but I reckon the 30+ minute-length of this video itself is not very time efficient.
😂😂😂😂 not to mention the number of ads 😂 ain’t got time for this 😂
Listen to it. Don't gotta watch it lmaoooo it's background noise while you do anything else
How can a woman/parents do the same? If so can we please get an idea for how a married woman can manage their time while raising children in their family to boost productivity to accomplished their dreams?
Great video.. too many ads for my Squirrely Brain & only 15 min in. . .
your book sammarries really save me alot of time ....thank you ,,🙂

This video has better information than almost every other RUclips video on productivity that I have ever watched. Thank you!
Your page is my latest free time hyper focus. So good!
Wow thank you for this amazing video! I had to take breaks from it, it was SO much valuable information 🤯😵💫 haha seriously thank you your content is fantastic 👏🏻
It may have been a mistake to “How George Bush was able to read 95 books a year as president”😅
You made a boo boo there,s 12 hours in a day don't forget ,24 in total if you combine them ,night and day 24 in total 12 a day 12 a night,,
Not everyone is most productive in the morning as you assume. Personally, my best output comes in the evening between 7pm and 12pm. This is in book balancing and reconciliation. In the morning I don't achieve as much.
I absolutely love your videos you do such a good job of explaining complex things in a simplified way and the sound of your voice is soothing.
are you serious more than 10 advertisements ?
Thank you. God bless💕
love it, incredible summary, but if you could please do never split the difference by chris voss and a book by dr myles Munroe called in pursuit of purpose, releasing your potential and understanding your potential..please...
1:00 .. I just don't know what to do with it
Thank you. It's a great video.
Who’s voice artist do you use? I want to book her for an animation video for a health video
and here I am procrastinating at work by watching this video
Your channel is way underrated, keep up!!!. Really appreciate the effort and content
Wow … this is one of the best videos I’ve seen around time management. Trust me I’ve seen my fair share.
Thanks for such a great inspiration ❤🎉
This is gold!!!🙌🏻 I love all your videos, thank you! ❤️
Thank you so much. God bless you abundantly
Good video.

While I'm doing dishes, enjoying a shave, cooking, doing some reps. Yeah you can still enjoy RUclips and be productive.
Great information. Will watch 6 more times til it sticks. Will share. 👍🏻 and tips on retaining information? I have a problem where I can read and comprehend..., but it doesnt stick to memory.🤷🏻♂️
I always finish work at 4pm guilt free,…why?? Because I’m off the clock lmao
That George Bush example was NOT helpful. 😂
Ty❤ your awesome 😎
There’s a lot to take from this video it’s all great stuff too. If you find no value you may have to reevaluate your goals because it may not be in entrepreneurship
Calendar instead of to do list is a great idea
The thing about the air bike is a bit extreme. If that was the case gyms wouldn’t have them or everyone would be going home in an ambulance
Love it! Funny, well researched, and it's made all of my lucky friends with whom I share these facts look at me funny and shake their heads....Alltogether satisfactory outcome. Thanks! ❤❤❤
Yes. I spend my 30 minutes in precious two hours after waking to see this video. Haha. but it's really interest.
Imagine how many minutes were lost due to people initially asking why the door says 1440
thanks for this amazing video, you earned my subscribe! looking forward for your future videos❤❤
Thank you so much for your efforts. You are amazing at your job and help me daily. I truly appreciate you. Have a fantastic day knowing you positively change lives.
Thank you for a clear & nice graphic explanation. Please keep it up. Your Channel is amazinggg !
Identify your first important task and do it the first morning.
Me in the morning : cook breakfast for the family
I started thinking about time in money, then days. $60 is one day of 8hrs of a work day. And those $60 go fast
My advice for you guys, speed up all videos, podcasts. Your brain can easily deal with it
Your channel is way underrated, keep up!!!. Really appreciate the effort and content
How can I subscribe to your channel more than once. I love your work! Thank you so much! 🤗🤗🤗
THE RICH ARE THE LAZYEST ONES OUT THERE....
So, Karyn, tell us what brought you around to fixing yourself?
Wow. Concise, evidence-based and organized! Spectacular and very useful work!! Bravo
Priceless 💎. Thank you for your time and creativity. ❤
Nobody works 40 hours anymore? How many hours do people work then?
This video is to long I don't have the time to watch it all the way through lol I'm joking 😂
you said you will put the link to another video in the description (it seems missing)
George Bush... reading 59 books a year!!!!!! what a joke!
Amazing and wonderful! Highly valuable and useful ideas!
I have some regrets but i can't go back in time and change them . That sucks!
Is this your real voice? hehe your channel is gold. Thank you ❤❤❤
Thank you for your Video. It really brings great value to us
I love this channel. I am learning so much good real-life practicable stuff. Thank you so much
This channel GEM of youtube community's
Your channel is way underrated. You should have way more subs.
It’s to bad this won’t work in Amazon warehouse
Speaking of time management.. listening to a 32 minute video with 7 ad breaks is a waste of energy… but good info in the content
That’s why I pay for RUclips Premium. Best $15 I spend each month. 😎
great videos
I almost downloaded all of your videos to make myself improve.
But that's not how the world work in my country😂
Me concentrating on the drawing than the talking😢
謝謝!
I can’t seem to find the description with the mentioned link
Reaching the goal in 25 mins vs how much more time is left before I can rest.
Have small mini goals for the session
have small breaks in between
prioritize and do important tasks first
Do 1/90/90 Challenge
Lesson 4: No more to do list
Fill in your calendar instead - block time away to focus on specific tasks
It frees mind, reduce stress and increase cognitive performance
If its not a hell yes.. then ite a no
When you say yes to something you say no to something else
Lesson #7 Theme your days - Focusing your day on something and nothing else...
Ex. Sunday - Feedback & Strategy
Monday - Content, etc
3 Questions
How can this get done? - outsource
Q1: Drop - How valuable is this? Can i drop this
Q2: Delegate
Q3: Automate
This is very helpful. Thank you.
Awesome info!
Thank you ❤
❤
Thanks!
