    • @EverydayThings
      @EverydayThings  10 месяцев назад +1

      You can try to reset your oven and then try again. You can reset it by turning it off from the socket for a minute and then turning it back on. If you can't turn it off from the socket, you can try turning off the power fuse for a minute and then turning it on again. This will reset all settings on the time, and it should only display 00:00, allowing you to set it again. Hope this helps!

    Is there also a way to turn that clock off? In the night it is super bright

    • @EverydayThings
      @EverydayThings  4 месяца назад

      Unfortunately, many ovens don't have an option to turn the clock display off completely. You could try dimming the display or covering it at night if it's too bright. Check your user manual as well, in case there's an option for display brightness or a night mode!

    I have the same type of oven. In the manual they keep talking about operations you can choose on the menu, like cleaning, fast heating and steam baking. But I cant find out how to enter the menu??? How do you open up the menu? Thanks in advance.

    • @EverydayThings
      @EverydayThings  5 месяцев назад

      Sometimes the manual covers multiple models, so some functions might be available on certain models but not others. However, you can try accessing the menu by pressing and holding the 'Function' or 'Menu' button (depending on your model) for a few seconds. This should bring up options like cleaning, fast heating, and steam baking. If that doesn’t work, check if there’s a 'Settings' button or refer to the specific section in the manual. Hope this helps!

      If your Electrolux oven allows customizing the clock icons (since many ovens don’t), check the settings menu by pressing and holding the clock or settings button. Some models have different symbols for timers, cooking modes, or alarms.

      Some Electrolux oven models have different controls. If pressing the clock button doesn’t bring up the icon, try checking the user manual for your specific model. You might need to press and hold a different button or access the settings in another way.

    Do you know how to adjust the light of the time to make it brighter?

    • @EverydayThings

      Based on my knowledge of this model, I have not seen an option to adjust the light of the time to make it brighter. In fact, I don't think this model has that feature.
      However, only a very small number of Electrolux ovens have that option, and they are usually the ones with a separate button for the clock. If you can send me the exact model of your oven, I might be able to check if your oven had that option

      @EverydayThings  Год назад

      There are various settings on an Electrolux Oven. Apart from setting the time, you can find features like alarms and baking programs. These programs allow you to specify when the oven should turn off, the exact duration it should operate, and more. Feel free to explore the settings to customize the oven's functions based on your cooking needs.

    • @EverydayThings
      @EverydayThings  Год назад

      You may have set a timer or alarm on your oven, which is causing the arrow pointing to a vertical line to appear on the left when the flashing clock icon appears. Try turning off all settings and try again. If that doesn't work, the best thing to do is to turn off the oven from the socket for about 10 minutes and turn it on again. This will restart all settings, and then you can follow the steps in the video again.

    • @EverydayThings
      @EverydayThings  27 дней назад

      It sounds like the timer is working as a countdown but isn’t set to automatically turn off the oven. Many ovens, including Electrolux models, use the timer only as a reminder, not to control the oven. You’ll need to manually turn it off when the timer beeps. If your oven supports automatic shut-off, you may need to refer to the user manual for specific instructions.
