Just met Mr. Hall, and saw all his Chaparrals. It was great.

Richie Ginther wasn't very happy with his Lotus 40. He said it was basically a Lotus 30 (its predecessor) with ten more mistakes.

The big names in 1960's racing just keep coming out as the video progresses. Modern racing coverage introduces all the drivers at the beginning, but this one didn't. It was cool to see Phil Hill as a color commentator, and interviews with Walt Hansgen, Hap Sharp, Jimmy Clark, and Graham Hill.

This was not the USRRC race which took place at RIverside in May, 1965. This is the Los Angeles Times GP at Riverside which took place five months later n October. The USRRC races didn't draw the kind of name drivers that the Times GP did every year.
