It's a really difficult DIY job without a hoist. Even up on axle stands there wasn't enough room for me to to get to the tensioner from underneath.

Remove the crank pulley to have more space. You will need a impact gun & torque wrench. Tightening torque 100Nm + 75°. Good luck!
