Wel lm a Neeko main and I usually chose to go Ludens as first item mid. It gives you basicly endles mana so you can poke the enemy out of the lane pretty effective and the power spike from it makes it pretty easy to oneshot your oponent. Its much harder to do that with proto. Depending on the matchup I go Zonya second (against ad assasins like zed) or morello if the team has heavy healing (specially vs vlad). Rabadon is my 3rd option if im ahead, if not I go protobelt or if the enemy is really tanky I go void staff. I guess there are many diffrent options to play her according to individual playstyle. A Grandmaster support is impressive tho.
Yeah itemization is all personal preference for sure. I'm not the only one that does this Erick Dota does it with 100k mastery in Grandmaster as a mid main. I run manaflow band to help with mana early and you have to remember that you can use proto to push waves which gives better roam timers and saves mana in general. I have ingenious hunter so i can use proto almost every wave. E>Q casters and proto melees for insta clear and roam. Then it also gives great catch potential. Again playstyle do you :D and ty uwu

@@MrDoglightning Oh my rune page is almost the same, I just wasn't sure if electro is better then comet since I saw lots of people go comet too. (I'm still new to Neeko AP Mid I mostly played AD top or glacial in the past)
@@DomineekoYT Comet is okay into long range matchups that you are scared to get the auto off but tbh if you land a root getting the aa in isn't usually a big deal. Ele also scales better later into the game than comet

Thank you for the guide! I really like playing on-hit neeko, bit I also really like mid lane. I find the top lane build on mid obviously very underwhelming (unless you're versing a sett or something like that) and I was wondering what do you think about ap on-hit midlane. Any alterations you would do for d2-d1 MMR? Oh, and if you feel like it is not viable/ underwhelming, don't be afraid to say it. Thank you :)
Its okay into certain matchups. I don't main mid and can't say all but I found its the only build I like to go vs Kass. I usually just go bork>wits>rageblade version as I want the MR to 1v1 my laner in the side lane. If vs a AD mid I would probs go crit build
Do you think going glp instead of ludens echo is a bad choice when you don't have ga. I rlly like the damage that comes from other runes but I heard glp>echo cause it's cheaper for the same stuff
@@richardgere8526 I take either biscuits or manaflow band to help with the early mana issues then once I get the lost chapter for ludens 2nd my mana issues are gone
At the ap build don't you think it is better for you to buy glp rather than ludens as it costs 400 less gold and ludens only gives you 10 more ap and the damage of the passive but you get also a slow and a little bit of damage of casting glp too(sorry for my English :/)
I have like 700 games with Neeko. She is 100% my main. I only play mid, the support role feels is harder to have consistent game. I only really started playing this year, I'm currently silver 4 and stuck. - DriftingAbstract

I run lethal tempo personally. If you ran it in a solo lane PTA probs but I think its only good with Lethal so you wanna be bot lane. Follow up oin supp pays and get lethal proc

All in all I think you have the same damage and it is cheaper
In my ap build I got protobelt first item. Protobelt has unique active that shares with GLP so you cannot have both

Yes. It doesn´t proc your empowered auto.

it works once while you are stacking but once fully stacked at 6 it stops working properly
